Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effects of acupuncture for psoriasis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.符合银屑病诊断标准； 2.年龄在18至65岁之间（男女均可）； 3.无接触过敏史； 4.招募前3周内未针刺； 5.在针刺前3周，不使用任何其他疗法，不使用保湿剂； 6.同意参与试验并随机分配到任何研究组。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for psoriasis; 2. Between 18 and 65 years old (both male and female); 3. No history of contact allergy; 4. No acupuncture within 3 weeks before recruitment; 5. 3 weeks before acupuncture, do not use any other therapies, do not use moisturizers; 6. Agree to participate in the trial and be randomly assigned to any research group.

排除标准：

1.其他可能影响病情评估的活动性皮肤病； 2.严重的心理障碍； 3.孕妇或哺乳期妇女； 4.严重器质性疾病、全身性疾病或其他慢性疾病，包括心脏病、肝脏或肾脏疾病、血小板减少并有出血倾向； 5.在针灸过程中晕倒或怕血的严重发作； 6.在治疗期间经历其他可能影响本研究结果的积极干预措施； 7.研究者认为可能导致患者无法完成、遵守或不适合临床试验的任何其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Other active skin diseases that may affect the evaluation of the condition; 2. Serious psychological disorder; 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4. Severe organic diseases, systemic diseases or other chronic diseases, including heart disease, liver or kidney disease, thrombocytopenia and bleeding tendency; 5. Fainting or fear of severe attacks of blood during acupuncture; 6. Experience other positive intervention measures that may affect the results of this study during the treatment period; 7. Any other situation that the investigator believes may cause the patient to be unable to complete, comply, or not suitable for clinical trials.

受试者在基线评估后按1:1的比例随机分为针刺组和假针刺组。随机化列表将由不参与招募参与者的研究助理使用统计分析软件（SAS 9.1）生成。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

The participants will be randomly assigned to acupuncture group or sham acupuncture group at a 1:1 ratio after the baseline assessment. The randomization list will be generated using the Statistical Analysis Software (SAS 9.1) by a research assistant who is not involved in the recruitment of participants.
