研究目的：

本研究以结直肠息肉患者为研究对象，拟开展一项前瞻性队列研究，从结直肠息肉内镜下治疗后易复发这一国内外目前临床难题入手，以1）评价解毒散结方干预内镜治疗后结直肠息肉复发的有效性与安全性；2）建立中西医结合数据库、样本库，构建适合结直肠息肉复发的中西医结合危险因素的评价标准； 3）开发结直肠息肉内镜切除术后中医药指导用药系统为研究目标。

Objectives of Study：

This study takes patients with colorectal polyps as the research object, and plans to carry out a prospective cohort study. Starting from the current clinical problem of easy recurrence of colorectal polyps after endoscopic treatment at home and abroad, 1) evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Jiedu Sanjie Recipe in interfering with colorectal polyp recurrence after endoscopic treatment; 2) The database and sample bank of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine were established to establish the evaluation criteria of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine risk factors suitable for colorectal polyp recurrence; 3) The research goal is to develop a Chinese medicine guidance system for the treatment of colorectal polyps after endoscopic resection.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

对照组：内镜下息肉切除术后给予西医常规处理（包括控制饮食、肠外营养支持和卧床休息等），必要时给予抗感染等对症支持治疗。安慰剂采用中药模拟剂。 试验组：在对照组的基础上给予解毒散结方加减治疗，疗程为3个月。主要由瓜蒌、浙贝母、仙鹤草、枸骨叶、蒲公英等12味中药组成。每日1剂，分两次，早晚饭后1h服用。

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①符合结直肠息肉诊断标准的患者 ②年龄≥40岁 ③患者签署知情同意书并愿意接受相应检查和治疗 ④符合中医“痰浊血瘀”证诊断标准 ⑤近三月内未服用中药治疗

Inclusion criteria

① Patients meeting the diagnostic criteria for colorectal polyps ② Age ≥ 40 ③ The patient signed the informed consent form and was willing to accept the corresponding examination and treatment ④ Conforming to the diagnostic criteria of "phlegm turbidity and blood stasis" in TCM ⑤ Not treated with Chinese medicine in recent three months

排除标准：

①伴有严重的心、肝、肾等主要脏器病变、造血系统、神经系统或精神疾病等患者； ②合并有其他部位或系统器质性病变(如食道癌、乳腺肿瘤)，或有影响消化道的全身疾病(例如:甲亢、糖尿病)； ③合并第二种原发性恶性肿瘤； ④备孕、妊娠及哺乳期妇女； ⑤正在参加其他临床试验的受试者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Patients with serious heart, liver, kidney and other major organ diseases, hematopoietic system, nervous system or mental diseases; ② Complicated with organic diseases of other parts or systems (such as esophageal cancer and breast tumor), or systemic diseases affecting the digestive tract (such as hyperthyroidism and diabetes); ③ Combined with the second primary malignant tumor; ④ Pregnant, pregnant and lactating women; ⑤ Subjects who are participating in other clinical trials.
