研究目的：

观察星状神经节阻滞对术中唤醒患者的影响。

Objectives of Study：

This study was designed to investigate the effect of stellate ganglion block on patients with awake craniotomy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

择期行神经外科术中唤醒手术的100位患者； ASA分级I-III级； 年龄18-80岁； 签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Patients of American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I to III patients, aged 18 to 80 years, awake craniotomy, provide the informed consent, will be enrolled in this study.

排除标准：

孕妇或哺乳期妇女; 患有慢性病：肝脏、肾脏、心血管疾病、精神病； 星状神经节阻滞失败的； 凝血功能障碍，穿刺点感染，局麻药过敏，体重指数＞35kg/m2。

Exclusion criteria：

Pregnant or lactating women; Patients suffering from chronic diseases, liver, kidney, cardiovascular disease;Psychosis or severe nerve recession; Patients that fail to block stellate ganglion; Coagulopathy, infection at the needle insertion site, allergy to local anesthetics, body mass index more than 35kg/m2.
