研究目的：

采用随机对照的研究方法，对符合剖腹产术后的患者进行临床疗效的评价及相关指标的评估，寻找一种客观有效的剖腹产术后瘢痕修复的治疗方法，从而使更多的患者受益。

Objectives of Study：

A randomized controlled research method was used to evaluate the clinical efficacy and related indicators of patients who met with caesarean section, and to find an objective and effective treatment for scar repair after caesarean section, so as to benefit more patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

将符合纳入标准的剖腹产术后的女性患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组采用西医常规治疗方案；治疗组在常规治疗方案的基础上行中医药治疗。分别于治疗前及治疗后对手术切口进行曼彻斯特瘢痕评定量表评分。主要从五个方面进行评估，即色泽、轮廓、变形程度、质地和表面。以及中医证候评分标准的变化，比较其临床疗效。患者在用药期间均禁烟禁酒、禁止食用辛辣刺激类食物。

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Female patients who met the inclusion criteria after caesarean section were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group adopted the conventional treatment plan of Western medicine; the treatment group received traditional Chinese medicine treatment based on the conventional treatment plan. The surgical scars were scored by Manchester Scar Assessment Scale before and after treatment. The assessment is mainly from five aspects, namely color, contour, degree of deformation, texture and surface. As well as the changes in the scoring criteria for TCM syndromes, compare their clinical efficacy. During the period of medication, patients were banned from smoking, alcohol and spicy food.

纳入标准：

（1）手术类型包括腹腔镜和开腹手术； (2) 剖腹产手术后时间≥3天，生命体征平稳； （3）20≤年龄≤40岁的女性患者； （4）已自愿签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

1. The types of operation include laparoscopic and open surgery; 2. The time after caesarean section was >= 3 days, and the vital signs were stable; 3. Aged 20-40 years, female patients; 4. Patients who have voluntarily signed informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）过敏体质和对实验药品过敏者； （2）合并肾癌、膀胱结核、泌尿系结石患者； （3）合并其他恶性肿瘤患者； （4）血液系统疾病，凝血功能障碍及自身免疫性疾病患者； （5）合并严重心血管疾病、脑血管疾病，造血系统疾病，神经病患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with allergic constitution and allergic to experimental drugs; 2. Patients with renal cancer, bladder tuberculosis and urinary calculi; 3. Patients with other malignant tumors; 4. Patients with blood system diseases, coagulation dysfunction and autoimmune diseases; 5. Patients with severe cardiovascular disease, cerebrovascular disease, hematopoietic system disease and neuropathy.
