研究目的：

探讨经皮穴位电刺激联合多点神经阻滞对老年腹腔镜胃癌根治术术后恢复质量和免疫功能的影响。

Objectives of Study：

The exploration of the influence of transcutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation combined with multipoint nerve block on the quality of recovery and immune function after the operation of laparoscopic radical gastrectomy on elderly patients with gastric cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

① 胃肠外科择期行腹腔镜胃癌根治术的病人； ② ASA分级I-III级； ③ 年龄＞60岁； ④ BMI 18-25kg/m^2。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients undergoing the radical operation of laparoscopic for carcinoma of stomach; 2. Class ASA I-III; 3. Aged more than 60 years; 4. BMI 18-26kg/m^2.

排除标准：

① 经皮穴位电刺激部位有肿胀、感染或溃破者； ② 长期服用精神药物或滥用酒精或违禁药品，有慢性疼痛及精神病史； ③ 对局麻药过敏者； ④ 术后失访、术后生命体征不平稳进重症监护病房； ⑤ 术后出现严重并发症，如：出血、感染、吻合口瘘。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Swelling, infection or ulceration at the electrical stimulation site; 2. Long-term use of psychotropic substances or abuse of alcohol or illegal drugs, chronic pain and mental illness; 3. People who is allergic to local anesthetics; 4. Patients who lose follow-up and have unstable vital signs after operation will be admitted to ICU; 5. Serious complications such as bleeding, infection and anastomotic leakage occur after operation.
