研究目的：

1.制订高血压治未病中西医结合防治方案 以王琦院士中医体质辨识及调养方案为基础，结合中国高血压防治指南修订委员会《中国高血压防治指南2018修订版》，制定一套防治结合、适用性强中西医结合综合干预方案。通过早期发现可能导致易患高血压的危险因素并加以有效干预，预防高血压疾病的发生，降低其发病率。 2.高血压疾病个体化预防管理平台建立 我们将开发一款高血压疾病个体化预防管理的微信小程序——“舒压”小程序，开展高血压治未病中西医结合防治方案的推广，包括健康监测（包括血压、心率、饮食、运动、睡眠、用药等）、高血压疾病专题宣讲、高血压疾病风险自测等栏目，同时提供食物营养查询、运动提醒功能、健康问答功能、长期随访等服务。

Objectives of Study：

1.Formulate the prevention and treatment plan of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for the treatment of hypertension without disease Based on the TCM constitution identification and recuperation plan by Wang Qi, and in combination with the "China Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Hypertension 2018 Revision" by the Revision Committee of the Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Hypertension, a comprehensive intervention plan combining prevention and treatment with strong applicability of integrated Chinese and Western medicine will be developed. Early detection of the risk factors that may lead to high blood pressure and effective intervention can prevent the occurrence of hypertension and reduce its incidence. 2.Establishment of individualized prevention and management platform for hypertension diseases We will develop an individualized hypertension disease prevention management WeChat small program -"Shu Ya" small program, combining Chinese and western medicine for high blood pressure did not cure disease prevention and control plan, including health monitoring (including blood pressure, heart rate, diet, exercise, sleep, medication, etc.), high blood pressure disease project presentations, hypertension disease risk self-test program, at the same time provide food nutrition query, movement to remind function, health q&a function and long-term follow-up services.

纳入标准：

高血压高危人群： 1.男性>=55岁，更年期后的女性； 2.正常高值血压，即监测血压收缩压130-139mmHg和（或）舒张压85-89mmHg； 3.肥胖（或） 腹型肥胖，BMI>=24Kg/m^2，腰围男>=90cm，女>= 85cm； 4.高钠低钾饮食； 5.吸烟与长期过量饮酒，吸烟、吸二手烟都会增加高血压疾病的发生风险，每日平均饮白酒>=100mL（2两），白酒与其他类型酒折算为：白酒1两相当于葡萄酒4两，果酒4两，黄酒半斤，啤酒1瓶； 6.缺乏体力活动和体育锻炼； 7.高血压家族史（一、二级亲属）； 8.长期精神紧张、焦虑状态； 9.合并有糖尿病、血脂异常等； 10.中医体质为痰湿质、阴虚质、气虚质及血瘀质的人群。

Inclusion criteria

People at high risk of hypertension: 1.Male>=55 years old, post-menopausal women; 2.Normal high blood pressure, namely monitoring blood pressure 130-139mmHg and (or) 85-89mmHg diastolic blood pressure; 3.Obesity (or) abdominal obesity, BMI >= 24Kg/m^2, waist circumference>=90cm for men and 85cm for women; 4.High sodium and low potassium diet; 5.Smoking and long-term excessive drinking, smoking and secondhand smoking all increase the risk of hypertension. The average daily drinking of white wine is >= 100mL (2 taels), and the conversion of white wine and other types of wine is: 1 taels of white wine is equal to 4 taels of wine, 4 taels of fruit wine, half a jin of yellow rice wine, and 1 bottle of beer; 6.Lack of physical activity and physical exercise; 7.Family history of hypertension (first or second degree relatives); 8.Long-term mental tension, anxiety; 9.Complicated with diabetes mellitus and dyslipidemia; 10.Attendees of TCM include phlegm and dampness, Yin deficiency, qi deficiency and blood stasis.
