前瞻性地收集慢性心衰合并贫血患者临床诊疗信息并进行长期随访，采用更能体现中医复杂干预、个体化诊疗特点的真实世界研究（RWS）设计及统计评价方法，结合临床终点事件分析，采用倾向性评分、多因子降维、随机行走模型等多元统计和数据挖掘方法评价真实世界情况下中西医结合干预慢性心衰合并贫血患者的疗效；并采用复杂网络、主题模型等方法进一步优化其中西医结合治疗方案，提高中西医诊疗水平，并进行中医优势人群预测模型验证。

Objectives of Study：

Information of clinical diagnosis and treatment of patients with chronic heart failure complicated with anemia will be collected prospectively and followed up for a long time. The design and statistical evaluation method of real world research (RWS) which can better reflect characteristics of complex intervention and individualized diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine will be used. Multivariate statistical and data mining methods, like tendentiousness score, multi-factor dimensionality reduction and random walk model, will be used to evaluate the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on chronic heart failure patients with anemia in the real world. Complex network and thematic model will be used to further optimize the treatment of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine. The prediction model of dominant population of traditional Chinese medicine will be validated.

纳入标准：

a)符合中医、西医诊断标准; b)经两名副高以上职称医师确诊的患者； c)签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

1. meet the diagnostic standards of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine; 2. patients diagnosed by two doctors with the title of deputy senior or above; 3. those who sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

a）因人体重要器官衰竭引发心力衰竭者。 b）合并急性心肌梗死、呼吸衰竭等危重疾病的重度心力衰竭。 C）合并含有泌尿系统、造血系统等严重原发性疾病。 d）凡能增加死亡率的因素：如休克、恶性心律失常、未经修补瓣膜病、近一个月进行过大手术、未能控制重症感染及高血压等。 e) 排除再生障碍性贫血、急性白血病等血液专科疾病导致的贫血。

Exclusion criteria：

1. heart failure caused by failure of vital organs; 2. severe heart failure with acute myocardial infarction, respiratory failure or other critical diseases; 3. serious primary diseases including urinary system or hematopoietic system; 4. factors that can increase the mortality rate: shock, malignant arrhythmia, valve disease without repair, over operation in the past month, failure to control severe infection or hypertension, etc.; 5. eliminate anemia caused by aplastic anemia, acute leukemia or other blood diseases.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据的采集：研究将利用移动医疗技术采用电子病例报告表（eCRF）进行数据的采集。首先项目数据管理员建立项目数据库，根据所要收集的数据设计eCRF,并交与本项目无关的另一名项目数据管理员进行测试，测试完成后将eCRF发布，对所有数据录入员进行统一培训。 数据的管理：数据管理员根据eCRF制定数据核查计划，选出可以进行系统自动核查的部分，编写程序并加载到eCRF页面中。录入员在录入数据时，计算机会自动对这些数据进行核查，以提高数据录入的质量及数据管理的效率。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data collection: the study will use mobile medical technology to collect data using electronic case report form (ECRF). First, the project data manager establishes the project database, designs the ECRF according to the data to be collected, and submits it to another project data manager unrelated to the project for testing. Data management: the data administrator makes the data verification plan according to ECRF, selects the parts that can be automatically verified by the system, writes programs and loads them into the ECRF page. When inputting data, the computer will automatically check these data to improve the quality of data input and the efficiency of data management.
