研究目的：

了解宁夏地区养老院阿尔茨海默病（Alzheimer's Disease, AD）长者急性疼痛管理现状，为制定适合我国国情的养老院AD长者急性疼痛控制方案提供依据；观察耳穴埋豆缓解轻度AD长者急性疼痛的镇痛效果，并了解轻度AD长者对该技术缓解其急性疼痛的接受度和照护者对该技术用于缓解轻度AD长者急性疼痛的满意度。

Objectives of Study：

To understand the current situation of acute pain management in elderly people with Alzheimer's Disease (AD) in nursing homes in Ningxia, and to provide a basis for formulating acute pain control programs for elderly elderly in nursing homes with AD that are suitable for my country's national conditions. Analgesic effects of pain, and to understand the acceptance of the technology for the relief of acute pain in the elderly with mild AD and the satisfaction of caregivers for the use of the technology for the relief of acute pain in the elderly with mild AD.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.轻度AD长者，年龄65岁及以上； 2.慢性骨骼肌肉疼痛急性发作； 3.疼痛评分（面部表情疼痛量表Faces Pain Scale-Revised，FPS-R）4分且能理解FPS-R各个面部表情代表的疼痛强度； 4.健康条件允许使用指夹式血氧饱和度仪和电子血压计； 5.耳部外形和皮肤正常； 6.照护者、长者和（或）家属自愿参加并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Elderly with mild AD, aged 65 years and above; 2. Acute exacerbation of chronic musculoskeletal pain; 3. Pain score (Faces Pain Scale-Revised, FPS-R) 4 points and able to understand the pain intensity represented by each facial expression in FPS-R; 4. Health conditions allow the use of finger-clip oximeter and electronic sphygmomanometer; 5. The shape and skin of the ear are normal; 6. Caregivers, elders and/or family members voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1.具有严重的心、肝等系统疾病及急腹症或可能需要其它医疗手段介入治疗的急性疼痛，如急性心梗，阑尾炎，骨折等； 2.精神严重异常者； 3.对胶布、酒精过敏，不宜进行耳穴埋豆者； 4.难以对干预方式的有效性和安全性做出确切评价者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe heart, liver and other systemic diseases and acute abdomen or acute pain that may require intervention by other medical means, such as acute myocardial infarction, appendicitis, fracture, etc.; 2. Those with severe mental disorders; 3. Those who are allergic to tape and alcohol, and should not be buried in ear acupuncture; 4. It is difficult to make a precise evaluation of the effectiveness and safety of intervention methods.

每个患者的序列号将由计算机生成的随机列表生成，该列表由宁夏医科大学的统计专家学执行。只有本研究负责人才能保留随机列表。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Sequence numbers of each patient will be generated by a computer-produced random list, which is performed by an independent, blinded statistical expert from Ningxia Medical University. The randomization list will only be kept by the researcher who performed the intervention.

盲法：

本研究采用双盲的研究设计，对照组选用5个安慰穴位，试验组选用5个镇痛穴位。接受干预的长者不知道自己被分到对照组或是试验组，采集数据的研究者也不知道长者接受的是安慰穴位还是镇痛穴位的干预方式。实施干预者仅实施干预，不与长者和数据收集者交流分组和干预方式的信息。

Blinding：

This study adopts a double-blind research design. The control group uses 5 comfort acupoints, and the experimental group uses 5 analgesic acupoints. The elderly who received the intervention did not know whether they were assigned to the control group or the experimental group, and the researcher who collected the data did not know whether the elderly received the intervention method of comfort acupuncture points or analgesic acupuncture points. The implementer only implements the intervention, and does not exchange information about grouping and intervention methods with the elders and data collectors.
