研究目的：

1. 通过科学、客观、系统的研究，为治疗卵巢储备功能下降所致不孕症及改善其生育力探索更优效、更安全的治疗方法。 2. 探讨补肾填精中药改善卵巢储备功能下降所致不孕症患者生育力的疗效机制。

Objectives of Study：

1. The study is to explore more effective and safer treatment methods for treating infertility caused by ovarian reserve decline and improving its fertility,through a randomised,double-blinded,single-dummy,parallel positive controlled clinical trial; 2. The study is to explore the effect mechanism of Bushen Tianjing Recipe on improving fertility in patients with infertility caused by ovarian reserve decline.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①符合卵巢储备功能下降西医诊断标准； ②正常同房未避孕未孕1年以上； ③中医辨证为肝肾阴虚证。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the western medical diagnostic criteria for decline in ovarian reserve function; 2. Normal intercourse without contraception or pregnancy for more than 1 year; 3. TCM syndrome differentiation is liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome.

排除标准：

①年龄＞40岁； ②先天性生理缺陷或畸形所致不孕； ③子宫内膜异位症、子宫腺肌病、子宫肌瘤、子宫发育不良所致不孕； ④遗传因素所致不孕； ⑤输卵管因素所致不孕； ⑥免疫因素所致不孕； ⑦男方生殖功能异常； ⑧合并有心血管、肝、肾和造血系统等严重原发性疾病，精神病患者； ⑨对研究药物过敏者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Age> 40 years old; 2. Infertility caused by congenital physiological defects or deformities; 3. Endometriosis, adenomyosis, uterine fibroids, infertility caused by uterine dysplasia; 4. Infertility caused by genetic factors; 5. Infertility caused by tubal factors; 6. Infertility caused by immune factors; 7. Abnormal male reproductive function; 8. Patients with severe primary diseases such as cardiovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic systems, and mental illness; 9. Researchers who are allergic to research drugs.
