研究目的：

通过吞咽相关量表及仪器检测全面评价恢刺廉泉穴治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍的临床疗效，采用代谢组学技术筛选脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者特异性代谢标志物，构建代谢通路。

Objectives of Study：

Comprehensive evaluation of the clinical efficacy of Huipu Lianquan acupoint in treating post-stroke dysphagia through swallowing-related scales and instrumental testing. Metabonomics technology was used to screen specific metabolic markers in patients with post-stroke dysphagia and construct metabolic pathways.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）符合上述诊断标准患者； （2）经过吞咽造影检查（VFSS）显示患者存在咽期吞咽障碍； （3）目前饮食受限制，经口摄食量表评分小于等于5级；洼田饮水评分3级以上； （4）简易精神状态检查（MMSE）评分为21分或以上，能理解和执行治疗人员的简单指指令，认知能力可，能够配合并愿意接受检查和治疗者； （5）年龄在40～75岁之间； （6）神志清楚，生命体征平稳地患者； （7）自愿参与研究，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients meeting the above diagnostic criteria; (2) Swallowing contrast examination (VFSS) showed that the patient had dysphagia during the phagocytic period; (3) The current diet is restricted, and the oral food intake scale score is less than or equal to 5; Watian drinking water score Level 3 or above; (4) The simple mental status examination (MMSE) score is 21 or above, can understand and execute the simple instructions of the treatment staff, has good cognitive ability, can cooperate and is willing to receive examination and treatment; (5) Age between 40 and 75 years old; (6) Patients with clear consciousness and stable vital signs; (7) Voluntary participation in research and signed informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）非脑卒中原因导致的吞咽障碍者； （2）妊娠或者哺乳期妇女； （3）合并心、肝、肾、造血系统和内分泌系统等严重原发性慢性疾病、严重痴呆、语言理解有严重障碍、精神病患者； （4）患有各种出血倾向疾病者； （5）不按规定治疗依从性差的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Those with dysphagia caused by non-stroke; (2) Pregnant or lactating women; (3) Combined with serious primary chronic diseases such as heart, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and endocrine system, severe dementia, language understanding Patients with severe disorders and mental illness; (4) Patients with various bleeding tendency diseases; (5) Patients who do not comply with the prescribed treatment.
