研究目的：

（1）观察术前督灸预处理能否改善上腹部手术患者术后肺氧和指数和减少PPCs的发生； （2）明确调节免疫功能、抑制炎症反应过度激活是督灸减少PPCs发生的重要机制。

Objectives of Study：

(1) To observe whether Du Moxibustion pretreatment could improve postoperative pulmonary oxygenation inedx and reduce the occurrence of postoperative pulmonary complications; (2) TO clear regulating immune function and inhibiting over activation of inflammatory response are important mechanism for Du Moxibustion to reduce postoperative pulmonary complications.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）年龄18-65岁； （2）择期全麻下行上腹部（包括肝脏、胆囊、胰腺、脾脏、胃）手术； （3）手术时间≥2h； （4）ASA Ⅰ-Ⅲ级； （5）患者及家属同意参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Aged 18-65 years; (2) Upper abdominal surgery (including liver, gallbladder, pancreas, spleen, and stomach) under elective general anesthesia; (3) Operation time >= 2h; (4) ASA I-III class; (5) The patient and family members agree to participate in this study.

排除标准：

（1）合并糖尿病； （2）合并凝血功能障碍； （3）合并精神认知功能障碍； （4）督灸部位皮肤破损或感染； （5）血流动力学不稳定者； （6）三个月内参加其他临床实验者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Combined diabetes; (2) Combined with coagulation dysfunction; (3) Combined mental and cognitive dysfunction; (4) Damaged or infected skin at the supervised Du Moxibustion site; (5) Those with unstable hemodynamics.
