研究目的：

通过观察八段锦锻炼联合信必可对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的改善作用，进一步推广临床应用。

Objectives of Study：

By observing the improvement effect of Baduanjin Exercise combined with Xinbike on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, the clinical application was further promoted.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

参照中华医学会呼吸病学会慢性阻塞性肺疾病诊治指南( 2013 年修订版)。慢阻肺的稳定期为患者的气短、咳嗽、咯痰等相关症状相对稳定或整体症状程度变轻微，病情基本恢复到急性加重前的状态。肺功能提示FEV1/FVC<70%。

Inclusion criteria

Refer to the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease of the Society of Respiratory Diseases of the Chinese Medical Association (revised version in 2013). Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is characterized by relatively stable symptoms, such as shortness of breath, cough, sputum expectoration, or mild overall symptoms. The condition of COPD basically returns to the state before acute exacerbation. Pulmonary function suggests that FEV1/FVC is less than 70%.

排除标准：

存在肺大疱以及严重心功能损害者；伴有严重骨关节疾病者；存在严重精神类疾病者；语言障碍者；配合度极差者；临床资料不完整者；无意愿纳入本次研究者；孕妇或有生育意向的育龄期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

Those with bullae and severe cardiac impairment; those with severe osteoarthritis; those with severe mental disorders; those with speech disorders; those with poor coordination; those with incomplete clinical data; those who do not want to be included in this study; pregnant women or women of childbearing age with reproductive intention female.
