研究目的：

我们拟进行多中心前瞻性观察研究，以调查ICU机械通气患者撤机期间胸腔积液的患病率和危险因素，并确定其对膈肌功能、自主呼吸试验（SBT）和撤机结果的潜在影响，为有效防治危重症患者撤机期间的胸腔积液发生、改善撤机成功率及提高危重症患者治愈率提供临床依据。

Objectives of Study：

We intend to conduct a multi-center prospective observation study to investigate the prevalence and risk factors of pleural effusion during weaning from mechanical ventilation in ICU patients, and to determine its potential impact on diaphragm function, autonomous breathing test and weaning results, so as to effectively prevent and treat the occurrence of pleural effusion during weaning from mechanical ventilation in critically ill patients and improve the success of weaning from mechanical ventilation. To provide clinical basis for improving the cure rate of critically ill patients.

纳入标准：

需接受气管插管及机械通气至少24h；可进行首次自主呼吸试验（spontaneous breathing trial，SBT）。

Inclusion criteria

Endotracheal intubation and mechanical ventilation are required for at least 24 hours. The first spontaneous breathing trial (SBT) can be performed.

排除标准：

年龄小于18周岁；首次自主呼吸试验前已进行胸腔积液引流；怀孕或哺乳期；拒绝再次气管插管；家属拒绝参与研究。

Exclusion criteria：

Aged less than 18 years; pleural effusion drainage before the first spontaneous breathing test; pregnancy or lactation; refusal to re-intubate the trachea; refusal of family members to participate in the study.
