研究目的：

（1）通过比较有/无胆囊的受试者在即刻针刺阳陵泉穴位局部-胆囊-脑的相关性的异同，从脏腑结构是否存在的角度，探索下合穴与脏腑的相关性及机制。 （2）通过比较病理与生理状态下的受试者即刻针刺阳陵泉穴位局部-胆囊-脑的相关性的异同，从脏腑功能是否异常的角度，探索下合穴与脏腑的相关性及机制。 （3）通过比较胆石症患者针刺阳陵泉组、他经他穴组、非经非穴组即刻针刺的穴位局部-胆囊-脑的相关性的异同，从经穴与功能异常脏腑是否特异性相关的角度，探索下合穴与脏腑的特异性关联及机制。

Objectives of Study：

(1) By comparing the similarities and differences of the correlation between local-gallbladder-brain of Yanglingquan acupoint with or without gallbladder, the correlation and mechanism between Xiahe acupoint and viscera will be explored from the perspective of the existence of viscera structure; (2) By comparing the similarities and differences of the correlation between local-gallbladder-brain of Yanglingquan acupoint and pathological and physiological state, the correlation and mechanism between Xiahe acupoint and viscera will be explored from the angle of whether viscera function is abnormal or not; (3) By comparing the similarities and differences of the correlation between local-gallbladder-brain of acupoints for gallstone patients needling Yanglingquan group, other acupoints group and non-acupoints group, the specific correlation and mechanism between Xiahe acupoint and viscera will be explored from the angle of whether the specific correlation between meridian acupoints and abnormal viscera is found.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

【胆石症（胆囊结石）患者】 ①符合上述诊断标准且胆囊内结石直径≤1cm； ②右利手； ③年龄20岁≤年龄≤55岁； ④近半个月内未服用过利胆抗感染等药物治疗，未参加其它临床研究者； ⑤签署了知情同意书。 注：同时符合上述5项的患者，方可纳入本项研究。 【胆囊切除术后受试者】 ① 因胆石症（胆囊内结石）已行胆囊切除术（肝外胆管保留）至少一年以上者； ② 近3个月内未出现上腹或右上腹痛、餐后腹胀、消化不良、胆道感染或胆道梗阻等胆囊切除术后综合征者； ③ 年龄20岁≤年龄≤55岁者，右利手； ④ 经体检各项生理指标在正常范围，既往无功能性或器质性疾病，无头部损伤； ⑤ 无任何精神、神经系统家族遗传病史； ⑥ 受试者本人签署纸质版知情同意书，自愿参加本试验。 同时符合以上所有纳入标准的受试者，将考虑纳入。 【健康受试者】 ① 年龄20岁≤年龄≤55岁者，右利手； ② 经体检各项生理指标在正常范围，既往无功能性或器质性疾病，无头部损伤； ③ 无任何精神、神经系统家族遗传病史； ④ 受试者本人签署纸质版知情同意书，志愿参加本试验。 同时符合以上所有纳入标准的健康受试者，将考虑纳入。

Inclusion criteria

Subjects with cholelithiasis (gallstones) (1)The diameters of gallstones in gallbladder are less than 1 cm; (2) Right-handed; (3) Aged between 20 to 50 years old; (4) In the past half month, no cholecystolic and anti-infective drugs were taken, and no other clinical researchers will be involved; (5) The informed consent is signed. Note: Patients who meet the above five criteria can be included in this study. Subjects after cholecystectomy (1) Cholecystectomy (extrahepatic bile duct preservation) for cholelithiasis (intragallstone) has been performed for at least one year; (2) No post-cholecystectomy syndrome such as epigastric or right epigastric pain, postprandial abdominal distention, dyspepsia, biliary tract infection or biliary obstruction occurred in the past three months; (3) Right-handed persons aged between 20 to 55 years old; (4) After physical examination, all physiological indicators are within the normal range. There are no functional or organic diseases and no head injuries in the past; (5) No family history of mental and nervous system heredity; (6)Subjects signed the paper version of informed consent and volunteered to participate in the experiment; At the same time, all subjects who meet the above inclusion criteria will be considered for inclusion. Healthy subjects: (1) Right-handed persons aged 20 years or less than 55 years; (2) After physical examination, all physiological indicators were in normal range. There are no functional or organic diseases and no head injury in the past; (3) No family genetic history of mental and nervous system; (4) Subjects signed the paper version of informed consent and volunteered to participate in the experiment. At the same time, all healthy subjects who meet the above inclusion criteria will be considered for inclusion.

排除标准：

【胆石症（胆囊结石）患者】 ①出现胆石症胆管内结石或胆囊内结石直径>1cm； ②出现胆绞痛急性发作、急性胆囊炎、急性化脓性、坏疽性、梗阻性胆囊炎和胆囊穿孔并发弥漫性腹膜炎等； ③合并严重胃病史，如消化性溃疡、上消化道出血及胃部肿瘤等； ④合并既往严重肠道疾病患者，如溃疡性结肠炎、克罗恩病及肠易激综合征等； ⑤有严重内分泌代谢疾病和占位性疾病等明显影响研究结果的患者； ⑥有心脑血管、肝、肾等原发病和精神病者； ⑦妊娠期、哺乳期妇女； ⑧有fMRI采集禁忌者； ⑨伴有严重的抑郁、焦虑症状患者； ⑩伴有明显的头痛、偏头痛，头部外伤史者。 注：凡符合上述任何一项的患者，即予排除。 【胆囊切除术后受试者】 ①孕期或哺乳期妇女； ②伴有明显头痛、偏头痛、头部外伤史者； ③ 有fMRI采集禁忌者； ④ 正在参加其它临床试验者。 注: 凡符合上述任何一项的患者，即予以排除。 【健康受试者】 ① 孕期或哺乳期妇女； ② 伴有头部外伤史者； ③ 有fMRI检测禁忌者； ④ 正在参加其它临床试验者。 凡符合上述任何一项的健康受试者，即予以排除。

Exclusion criteria：

Subjects with cholelithiasis (gallstones) (1) Cholelithiasis occurs in the bile duct or in the gallbladder with a diameter of more than 1 cm; (2) Acute attack of gallbladder colic, acute cholecystitis, acute suppurative, gangrenous, obstructive cholecystitis and gallbladder perforation with diffuse peritonitis; (3) Severe history of gastric diseases, such as peptic ulcer, upper gastrointestinal bleeding and gastric tumors; (4) Patients with previous severe intestinal diseases, such as ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease and irritable bowel syndrome; (5) Patients with severe endocrine and metabolic diseases and space-occupying diseases that significantly affect the results of the study; (6) Primary diseases and psychiatric diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver and kidney; (7)Pregnant and lactating women; (8)Those with contraindication of fMRI acquisition; (9)Patients with severe depression and anxiety symptoms; (10)With obvious headache, migraine, head trauma history. Note: Patients who meet any of the above criteria will be excluded. Subjects after cholecystectomy (1) Pregnant or lactating women; (2) Patients with obvious headache, migraine and head trauma history; (3) contraindication of fMRI acquisition; (4) Those who are participating in other clinical trials. Note: Patients who meet any of the above criteria will be excluded. Healthy subjects (1) Pregnant or lactating women; (2) Patients with history of head trauma; (3) contraindication of fMRI; (4) Those who are participating in other clinical trials.
