研究目的：

本次研究主要重点在于收集对该新中药复方（YC）的临床数据，观察新中药复方（YC）对患有不同程度高尿酸血症患者的作用周期和应答效应，从而评价其安全性和有效性。

Objectives of Study：

The study is for the purpose of collecting the clinical data of YC and observing the action cycle and response effect of YC on patients with different level hyperuricemia, so as to evaluate its safety and effectiveness.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

20-65岁范围内患有高尿酸血症的人群，或高尿酸痛风患者。

Inclusion criteria

Male and female aged 18 to 65 years; patients with a diagnosis of HUA [sUA levels >=420 umol/L (7 mg/dL)in male and 360 umol/L in female]; Patients with gout and high uric acid.

排除标准：

患有HIV阳性、乙型或丙型肝炎感染、妊娠或哺乳期女性、活动性感染等患者排除。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients were excluded with HIV positive, hepatitis B or C infection, pregnant or lactating women, and active infection.
