研究目的：

观察眼周刮痧联合贴敷疗法治疗混合型干眼的临床效果。

Objectives of Study：

OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical effect of periocular scraping combined with paste pressing in the treatment of mixed dry eye.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

将2021年3月—2022年3月于门诊就诊的混合型干眼患者120例（240只眼）采用区组随机法分为2组，每组60例（120只眼），研究组采用眼周刮痧联合贴敷疗法治疗；对照组给予羧甲基纤维素钠滴眼液。疗程为2周，观察眼表疾病指数评分（OSDI），泪膜破裂时间（BUT）、基础泪液分泌试验Ⅰ（SIt）以及角膜荧光素染色评分（FL）的变化，并评价其临床疗效。

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

A total of 120 patients (240 eyes) with mixed dry eye treated in the outpatient department from March 2021 to March 2022 were randomly divided into 2 groups with 60 patients (120 eyes) in each group by block random method. The treatment group (TG) was treated with periocular scrappingye combined with paste pressing therapy; The control group (CG) was given carboxymethyl cellulose sodium eye drops. Treatment for 2 weeks, observe the ocular surface disease index scores (OSDI),Schirmer I test(SIt),tear film break-up time (BUT) and fluorescence staining scores (FL) before and after treatment,and evaluate its clinical efficacy.

纳入标准：

（1）患者确诊为干眼(双眼有主观症状之一，双眼泪膜破裂时间（BUT）≤5 s，双眼3 mm/5 min≤SIt ≤10 mm/5 min)； （2）年龄 18～65岁之间； （3）知情并签订知情同意书； （4）对本次治疗药物无过敏反应； （5）7 d内未配戴角膜接触镜； （6）7 d内未使用过影响泪液分泌的滴眼液。

Inclusion criteria

(1) In patients with diagnosis of dry eye tear break-up time (BUT) <=5 s, or 3 mm/5 min<=SIt <=10 mm/5 min); (2) Between 18 and 65 years old; (3) Informed and signed informed consent; (4) No allergic reaction to the treatment drugs; (5) Contact lenses were not worn within 7 days; (6) No eye drops affecting the secretion of tears were used within 7 days.

排除标准：

（1）眼部感染、全身免疫系统疾病以及全身炎症者； （2）眼部手术史与外伤史患者； （3）7 d内应用免疫抑制剂、非甾体类抗炎药与糖皮质激素者； （4）眼部过敏者； （5）局部皮肤破损、感染、凝血功能障碍者； （6）妊娠期或者哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) People with eye infections, systemic immune system diseases and systemic inflammation; (2) Patients with a history of eye surgery and trauma; (3) Immunosuppressants, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and glucocorticoids were used within 7 days; (4) Eye allergies; (5) Local skin damage, infection and coagulation dysfunction; (6) Pregnant or lactating women.
