研究目的：

通过开展哮喘儿童中医证型与肺功能相关性分析及中西医结合治疗儿童激素抵抗型哮喘的多中心临床研究，攻克临床上儿童激素抵抗型哮喘的治疗难点；基于文献研究，通过德尔菲法调查问卷，制订儿童哮喘中西医结合诊疗规范。

Objectives of Study：

Through the analysis of the correlation between TCM syndromes and lung function in children with asthma and a multi-center clinical study on the treatment of childhood hormone-resistant asthma with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine, the clinical difficulties in the treatment of children with hormone-resistant asthma were overcome; based on literature research, the Delphi method was used to investigate Questionnaire to formulate the standard of integrated Chinese and Western medicine diagnosis and treatment for children with asthma.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

（1）符合激素抵抗型哮喘诊断标准； （2）年龄在6～14岁，能配合完成治疗疗程者； （3）未参加其他临床研究； （4）患儿父母或其他法定监护人知情同意者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for hormone-resistant asthma; (2) Those who are 6 to 14 years old and can cooperate to complete the course of treatment; (3) Did not participate in other clinical research; (4) Parents or other legal guardians of the child with informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）哮喘合并有严重心、肝、肾、造血系统、神经肌肉系统疾病、脊柱畸形及其他系统疾病会导致肺功能异常的哮喘者； （2）正在进行本研究之外的其他治疗方案者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Asthma patients who have severe heart, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system, neuromuscular system diseases, spinal deformities and other system diseases that can cause abnormal lung function; (2) Those who are undergoing other treatment plans outside of this study.
