研究目的：

通过表面肌电图的客观评价指标，验证太极拳姿势训练促进脑梗死患者肢体运动功能康复的临床疗效。

Objectives of Study：

To verify the clinical efficacy of Tai Chi postural training in promoting the rehabilitation of motor function in AIS patients through objective outcome measures generating from surface electromyography.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.符合《中国急性缺血性脑卒中诊治指南2018》的诊断标准，并由CT或MRI检查证实； 2.性别男女均可，右利手习惯，年龄在30-80岁之间； 3.首次发病或虽既往有中风病史但未遗留神经功能障碍(mRS≤2 分)； 4.脑梗死发病后2周至发病3个月以内的患者； 5.本次发病具有肢体运动功能异常；肌力≥III级（包括III级）； 6.本次发病具有下肢偏瘫症状，且能够独立行走6米以上； 7.患者血压稳定在160/90mmHg以下； 8.能够配合课题研究，简易智能精神状态检查MMSE≥24分； 9.在课题开始前，未经过规范的中西医康复治疗； 10.既往没有太极拳锻炼经历； 11.患者本人或其监护人同意参加研究并签署知情同意书同意参加研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of China's guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of acute ischemic stroke 2018, and confirmed by CT or MRI; 2. Male and female, right handedness habit, patients between 30-80 years old; 3. The patients with the first onset or the past history of stroke but without neurological dysfunction (MRS <= 2 points); 4. Patients within 2 weeks to 3 months after the onset of cerebral infarction; 5. Patients with abnormal limb motor function in this disease, muscle strength >= level III (including level III); 6. Patients with hemiplegia of lower limbs and able to walk more than 6 meters independently; 7. Patients whose blood pressure is stable below 160 / 90mmHg; 8. Patients who are able to cooperate with the research project and have MMSE >= 24 in simple intelligent mental state examination; 9. Before the start of the project, the patients who have not received the standardized rehabilitation treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine; 10. Patients who have no previous experience of Taijiquan exercise; 11. The patient or his guardian agreed to participate in the study and signed the informed consent form to participate in the study.

排除标准：

1.合并有关节病变，影响肢体运动功能的患者； 2.合并有肢体皮肤或肌肉病变，影响肌电检查的患者； 3.符合脑梗死诊断标准，但经过溶栓或手术治疗的患者； 4.合并有严重的心、肺、肝、肾等重要脏器及血液系统功能异常的患者； 5.伴有中重度认知理解或视力障碍，不能配合完成康复治疗及检查的患者； 6.同时有妊娠或哺乳期的女性； 7.正在参加其他临床研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with joint diseases that affect the motor function of limbs; 2. Patients with skin or muscle lesions affecting the electromyography; 3. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of cerebral infarction but have been treated by thrombolysis or operation; 4. Patients with severe abnormal functions of heart, lung, liver, kidney and other important organs and blood system; 5. Patients with moderate or severe cognitive understanding or visual impairment who cannot cooperate with the rehabilitation treatment and examination; 6. Women with pregnancy or lactation at the same time; 7. Patients who are participating in other clinical studies.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据采集和管理由电子病例记录表(electronic Case Record Form, eCRF)和电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)完成。每份eCRF都要由两位独立操作的操作人员二次录入。DSMC中的监察员将定期检查并核对原始资料与录入数据的一致性。经监查员检查合格的病例报告表，将签字后及时送交临床研究的数据管理中心。第三方的数据管理员将根据eCRF和统计分析的要求，建立相应的数据库。数据录入、核查完毕并确认建立正确数据库后，由首席研究员和统计分析人员对数据库进行锁定。锁定后的数据文件将不得再做改动。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

We will collect and management data by electronic Case Record Form (eCRF) and Electronic Data Capture (EDC).The data of each eCRF will be logged twice by two independent operators. The inspectors from DSMC will regularly check and verify the consistency of the original data with the input data. The checked and qualified eCRF will be signed, and then sent to the data management center of EDC system in time. The third-party data manager will establish the corresponding database according to the contents of eCRF and the requirements of statistical analysis. After entry, verification and confirmation of all correct data, the chief researcher and statistical analysts will lock the database. The locked data file cannot be modified.
