研究目的：

明确醒脑开窍针刺法治疗脑梗死患者的脑电图即刻效应，为醒脑开窍针刺的临床应用推广提供科学依据。

Objectives of Study：

To clarify the immediate EEG effect of Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture in the treatment of patients with cerebral infarction, and to provide a scientific basis for the clinical application of Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.符合脑梗死诊断标准，并经CT/MRI检查证实为缺血性脑卒中； 2.前循环缺血性脑卒中，首次发病； 3.病程10～30天； 4.年龄50～75岁； 5.病情稳定，意识清醒； 6.美国国立卫生院神经功能缺损评分（NIHSS）4～15分； 7.24小时内未接受过针刺及其他电、磁刺激治疗； 8.患者及其家属对本研究知情，并签订知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of cerebral infarction, and confirmed as ischemic stroke by CT/MRI; 2. Anterior circulation ischemic stroke, the first onset; 3. The course of the disease is 10 to 30 days; 4. Aged 50 to 75 years; 5. The condition is stable and the consciousness is clear; 6. National Institutes of Health Neurological Impairment Score (NIHSS) 4 to 15 points; 7. Have not received acupuncture and other electrical and magnetic stimulation treatments within 24 hours; 8. Patients and their families were informed about this study and signed an informed consent.

排除标准：

1.短暂性脑缺血发作； 2.急性后循环脑梗死； 3.急性期重度昏迷、严重脑疝； 4.大面积脑梗死及有严重的心、肝、肾和造血等系统的原发性疾病； 5.慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）、严重心肺功能障碍； 6.血压异常，收缩压≥180 mm Hg或≤90 mm Hg，舒张压≥110 mm Hg或≤60 mm Hg； 7.精神狂躁，认知障碍，无法配合针刺治疗者； 8.近1周服用精神类药物、镇静药物、抗癫痫药物者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Transient ischemic attack; 2. Acute posterior circulation cerebral infarction; 3. Severe coma and severe brain herniation in the acute stage; 4. Large area cerebral infarction and serious primary diseases of the heart, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system; 5. Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction; 6. Abnormal blood pressure, systolic blood pressure >= 180 mm Hg or <= 90 mm Hg, diastolic blood pressure >= 110 mm Hg or <= 60 mm Hg; 7. Mental mania, cognitive impairment, unable to cooperate with acupuncture treatment; 8. Those who have taken psychotropic drugs, sedative drugs, and antiepileptic drugs in the past 1 week.
