研究目的：

本研究采用诊断性试验设计，系统、客观、科学地分析气色形态手诊法诊断血脂异常的特异性和敏感性，为气色形态手诊法的推广应用提供证据。

Objectives of Study：

This study adopts a diagnostic test design to systematically, objectively and scientifically analyze the specificity and sensitivity of the manual diagnosis of complexion morphology to provide evidence for the popularization and application of manual diagnosis of complexion morphology.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）年龄在30岁以上。 （2）不清楚当前血脂情况。 （3）自愿要求行血脂检测，或根据病情需要和医师建议准备行血脂检测。 （4）自愿参加本研究，研究过程配合医生研究工作。 （5）签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Over 30 years old. (2) The current blood lipid situation is not clear. (3) Voluntary request for blood lipid testing, or preparation for blood lipid testing according to the needs of the disease and the doctors recommendation. (4) Volunteer to participate in this research, the research process cooperates with the doctor's research work. (5) Sign informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）饮酒、过敏、染色导致手部颜色变化者。 （2）严重肝脏疾病患者。 （3）急危重症，如急性心肌梗死、急性脑血管病、重度疼痛、严重出血及感染性疾病，严重疾病终末期等，出现手部苍白，影响手部颜色观察者。 （4）外力作用导致手部皮肤粗糙难以辨认者。 （5）引起手部变形、皮损、颜色异常疾类病如类风湿性关节炎、湿疹、白癜风等。 （6）精神疾病患者。 （7）正参加其他临床研究患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Drinking, allergies, and dyeing cause the color of the hands to change. (2) Patients with severe liver disease. (3) Acute and critical illness, such as acute myocardial infarction, acute cerebrovascular disease, severe pain, severe hemorrhage and infectious diseases, end-stage severe disease, etc., the appearance of pale hands, which affects the observer of hand color. (4) The skin of the hands is rough and difficult to recognize due to external force. (5) Diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, eczema, vitiligo, etc. caused by hand deformity, skin lesions, and abnormal color. (6) Patients with mental illness. (7) Patients who are participating in other clinical studies.

Gold Standard or Reference Standard (The clinical reference standards required to establish the presence or absence of the target condition in the tested population in present study):

血脂异常西医诊断标准参照（《中国成人血脂异常防治指南》（2016 版）如下： 胆固醇（TC）≥6.2mmol/L，或伴低密度脂蛋白（LDL-C）≥4.1mmol/L、高密度脂蛋白(HDLC)≤1.0mmol/L（男女相同），或/和TG≥2.3mmol/L。

指标试验（即本研究的待评估诊断试验，无论为方法、生物标志物或设备，均请列出名称）：

手诊诊断，整个手掌的红润程度超出正常，其中男性观察左手，女性观察右手。

Index test:

The Western medicine diagnostic criteria for dyslipidemia ("Guidelines for Prevention and Treatment of Dyslipidemia in Adults in China" (2016 Edition): Cholesterol (TC)>= 6.2mmol/L, or with low-density lipoprotein (LDL-C)>= 4.1mmol/L, high-density lipoprotein (HDLC)<= 1.0mmol/L (same for men and women), or/and TG>=2.3mmol/L.
