研究目的：

探索揿针防治变应性鼻炎的方法及观察其临床疗效；通过研究外周血ILC-2细胞相关调控因子如IL-33、IL-25及TSLP水平的影响，探索其免疫学机制。

Objectives of Study：

To explore the method of preventing and treating allergic rhinitis by thumbtack needle and to observe its clinical efficacy; to explore the immunological mechanism by studying the influence of peripheral blood ILC-2 cell related regulatory factors such as IL-33, IL-25 and TSLP.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

① 符合AR中西诊断标准者。 ② 年龄在18-65岁之间,性别不限。 ③ 签署知情同意书并志愿参加研究。 ④ 能够自行填写病例观察表和病例随访表。

Inclusion criteria

1 Meet the allergic rhinitis Chinese and western diagnostic criteria. 2 Aged 18 to 65 years, gender is not limited. 3 Sign the informed consent form and volunteer to participate in the study. 4 Participants can fill in the case report form and follow-up form by themselves.

排除标准：

① 急性鼻炎(伤风),血管运动性鼻炎,自主神经性鼻炎,嗜酸性粒细胞增多性非变态反应性鼻炎,变应性鼻窦炎。 ② 胶布过敏史。 ③ 局部皮肤病变如烧伤、湿疹、溃疡、冻疮破溃者。 ④ 孕妇或有意向怀孕妇女。 ⑤ 由于智力或行为障碍不能充分配合试验和调查者。 ⑥ 因工作环境经常变动等易造成失访的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1 Acute rhinitis (cold), vasomotor rhinitis, autonomic rhinitis, eosinophilic non-allergic rhinitis, allergic sinusitis. 2 Tape allergy history. 3 Local skin lesions such as burns, eczema, ulcers, frostbite ulceration. 4 During pregnancy and intent to pregnant women. 5 Due to intellectual or behavioral disorders, the test and investigators cannot be fully matched. 6 Participants who are lost to follow-up due to frequent changes in the working environment.
