研究目的：

通过比较常规护理组和常规护理加八段锦实验组对原发性高血压的控制情况来评估八段锦的效果。

Objectives of Study：

Evaluate the effect of Baduanjin by comparing the control of primary hypertension between the conventional nursing group and the conventional nursing plus Baduanjin experimental group.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）确诊为原发性高血压患者； （2）年龄18-65岁； （3）详细了解研究过程，并能够遵循提供的建议； （4）签署研究协议，并自愿同意参与研究。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients diagnosed with essential hypertension; (2) Aged 18-65 years; (3) Understand the research process in detail and be able to follow the suggestions provided; (4) Sign the research agreement and voluntarily agree to participate in the research.

排除标准：

（1）如果他们在这项研究之前的一个月内参加了另一项试验； （2）高血压患者被认定为关节活动受限无法用运动来治疗； （3）不能进行正常沟通，如痴呆或轻度认知障碍； （4）怀孕的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients diagnosed with essential hypertension; (2) Aged 18-65 years; (3) Understand the research process in detail and be able to follow the suggestions provided; (4) Sign the research agreement and voluntarily agree to participate in the research.
