研究目的：

本试验旨在评价中药湿敷加艾盐热敷对脑卒中留置胃管患者胃肠功能影响的护理疗效，并探究中药湿热敷联合艾盐灸改善脑卒中留置胃管患者胃肠功能的部分机制。

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine hot-wet compression combined with salt moxibustion of the cerebral apoplexy patient in gastric tube feeding and explore its mechanism.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

取穴：上脘、中脘、下脘、气海、关元。操作：在穴位上放置浸有中药液的纱布（中药颗粒剂红花30g、高良姜30g，38℃-45℃ ），再于其上放置隔水巾、干毛巾及艾盐包（粗盐300g与艾绒100g混匀，装与两层厚布袋内制成，水浴加热至50℃）。

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

The treatment piont: Shangwan (RN13), Zhongwan (RN12),Xiawan (RN10),Qihai (RN6), Guanyuan (RN4). The methods:Place the gauze which is soaked with Chinese medicine solution on the acupuncture point.(Chinese medicine include 30g Carthamus and 30g Alpinia officinarum Hance.the temperature of solution is between 38 degrees C to 45 degreees C.)Then,Put a wet towel,a dry towel and a salt moxibustion package.(the package include 300g salt and 100g moxa,the temperature of solution is about 50 degrees C.)

纳入标准：

（1）符合脑卒中诊断标准，有病史、头CT或MRI检查确诊脑出血、缺血性脑卒中，病程小于1个月。 （2）留置胃管； （3）年龄在18周岁至80周岁之间。

Inclusion criteria

1. Met the diagnostic criteria for cerebral apoplexy, who was diagnose cerebra hemorrhage or cerebra infarction diagnosed by head CT or MRI and the course of disease was less than 1 month. 2. stomach tube feeding. 3. age is between 18 and 80.

排除标准：

（1）既往患有严重的胃肠道疾患者； （2）神志不清躁动，难以配合者； （3）本研究受试药物过敏者； （4）治疗部位皮肤破溃者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. had serious gastrointestinal disease. 2. too manic to folloing treatment. 3. was allergic to the drugs. 4. there is ulceration on the treatment site.
