研究目的：

探索经皮穴位电刺激神庭穴及大椎穴能否下调体外循环下心脏瓣膜置换术患者血清S100β蛋白以及白细胞介素17A的表达，以及降低术后谵妄的发病率，改善术后脑功能。

Objectives of Study：

Investigate whether Transcutaneous Electrical acupoint Stimulation at shenting(GV24) and dazhui(GV14) acupoints can down-regulate the expression of S100β protein level and interleukin-17a in the serum patients undergoing cardiac valve replacement with Cardiopulmonary bypass, reduce the incidence of postoperative delirium and improve postoperative brain function.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1）行体外循环下心脏瓣膜置换术的患者，年龄40-75岁； 2）ASA I-Ⅲ级； 3）首次接受开胸手术； 4）自愿参与研究及签署患者知情同意书者

Inclusion criteria

1. Scheduled or limited for cardiac valve replacement with Cardiopulmonary acupuncture bypass patients aged 40 to 75 years old; 2. ASA I-III; 3. First thoracotomy; 4. Signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1）经皮电刺激禁忌者，包括局部皮肤破损、感染或体内有植入电生理装置者； 2）交流障碍、无法配合者，如语言理解障碍、精神疾病等； 3）确定/怀疑有酒精、镇痛药物或其他药物滥用史和成瘾史者； 4）术前放置主动脉球囊反搏或心室辅助装置； 5）肝肾功能严重异常者（严重肝功能异常：ALT、AST、ALP或TBIL其中任一项>正常值上限2倍；严重肾功能异常：Cr清除率<30 ml/min或血肌酐>177umol/L）； 6）非首次接受开胸手术； 7) 急诊手术； 8)在入选研究前的3个月内参与了其他临床试验者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Suffered from the contraindication of TEAS including the local skin breakage, infection or planted with the electrophysiology device; 2. Unable to communicate and coordinate with the researcher, such as suffering from language comprehension deficits or mental diseases; 3. Certain/suspicious addiction with alcohol, analgenics or other drugs; 4. Preoperative placed intra-aortic balloon pump or ventricular assist device; 5. Severe dysfunction of liver or kidney meaning one of ALT, AST, ALP or TBIL is 2 times higher that normal or creatinine clearance < 30 ml/min or serum creatinine > 177umol/L; 6. Non-first-time thoracotomy; 7. Emergency surgery; 8. Participate in the other clinical trial 3 month before the enrollment.
