研究目的：

通过阐明经皮穴位电刺激对开放性脊柱手术患者免疫平衡、术中血流动力学、麻醉深度、术后并发症以及预后情况的影响，来进一步探讨TEAS是否可以作为改善腰椎间盘突出症患者预后的一种治疗方式而广泛应用于临床。

Objectives of Study：

Through observing the effect of TEAS on immune balance,hemodynamics,depth of anesthesia,postoperative complication and prognosis, to determin whether TEAS can be used to clinical practice as a treatment method to improve the prognosis of patients with lumbar disc herniation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1）年龄18-60岁； 2）ASA 1-2级； 3）行腰椎间盘突出症手术患者。

Inclusion criteria

1) Aged 18-60 years old; 2) ASA level 1-2; 3) patients undergoing surgery for lumbar disc herniation.

排除标准：

1）术前有意识障碍者； 2）沟通交流障碍者； 3)对手术极度焦虑恐惧，不合作者； 4）不能长时间固定于同一体位者； 5）有针灸史者； 6）针刺部位皮肤感染或溃疡 、存在凝血功能障碍等不适宜针灸者； 7）肥胖，BMI>35kg/m2。

Exclusion criteria：

1) the preoperative conscious disorder; 2) communication disorder; 3) surgery of extreme anxiety fear, not the author; 4) cannot be fixed in the same position for a long time; 5) has a history of acupuncture and moxibustion; 6) acupuncture infection or skin ulcer, such as blood coagulation dysfunction is not suitable for acupuncture and moxibustion; 7) obesity, BMI > 35 kg/m2.
