研究目的：

通过表面肌电技术定量分析不同腰椎节段椎旁肌电生理功能,观察并量化腰椎斜扳手法治疗后腰椎间盘突出症患者椎旁肌的肌肉激活规律，探讨手法治疗后椎旁肌特征参数与相关功能指标的相关性，并从“筋骨并重，筋束骨”层面评估腰椎斜扳手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果及影响，为临床诊疗及预后康复提供现代医学依据。

Objectives of Study：

To quantitatively analyze the electrophysiological function of paraspinal muscles in different lumbar segments by surface electromyography (SEMG), observe and quantify the muscle activation of paraspinal muscles in patients with lumbar disc herniation after lumbar oblique manipulation, and explore the correlation between the characteristic parameters of paraspinal muscles and related functional indicators after manipulation. To evaluate the clinical effect and influence of lumbar oblique manipulation in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation at the level of "tendon and bone", and to provide modern medical basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment and prognosis rehabilitation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

A：患者 纳入标准： ①　符合腰椎间盘突出症诊断，CT和（或）MRI证实有腰椎间盘突出，临床症状为腿部疼痛延伸至膝盖以下，并符合影像学对应神经根分布区域； ②　年龄18岁至70岁（含18岁和70岁）； ③　男女不限； ④　自愿参加本项观察并签署知情同意书者； B：健康志愿者 纳入标准： ①　近三个月未出现过明显腰部不适症状者； ②　年龄18岁至70岁（含18岁和70岁）； ③　性别不限； ④　经腰椎CT和（或）MRI明确无腰椎退变者； ⑤　腰部无皮肤病或皮肤破损等； ⑥　自愿参加本项观察并签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

A: The patient Inclusion criteria: ① Consistent with the diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation, CT and/or MRI confirmed lumbar disc herniation, clinical symptoms of leg pain extending below the knee, and consistent with the corresponding imaging nerve root distribution area; ② Aged from 18 to 70 years old (including 18 and 70 years old); ③ Male or female; ④ those who voluntarily participated in the observation and signed the informed consent; B: Healthy volunteers Inclusion criteria: ① No obvious lumbar discomfort in the past three months; ② Aged from 18 to 70 years old (including 18 and 70 years old); ③ Gender is not limited; ④ no lumbar degeneration confirmed by lumbar CT and/or MRI; ⑤ no skin disease or skin damage on the waist; ⑥ those who voluntarily participated in the observation and signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

A：患者 排除标准： ①　有腰椎手术史； ②　合并脊柱压缩骨折、腰椎Ⅱ度及以上滑脱、腰椎峡部裂、腰椎管狭窄者； ③　患有脊柱肿瘤；脊柱结核；严重骨质疏松(T值≤-3.0或伴发骨质疏松性骨折)；糖尿病伴周围神经病变者； ④　腰部有严重皮肤病或腰部皮肤破损者等； ⑤　孕妇及哺乳期妇女； ⑥　患有重度心力衰竭、脑卒中等严重心脑血管疾病；严重肝、肾功能不全者； ⑦　出现马尾神经损害，或下肢肌力≤3级，或下肢运动、感觉功能持续性降低等手术指征者； ⑧　因患有智力或精神障碍疾患，以及盲、聋、哑等特殊人群无法配合完成试验者。 B：健康志愿者 排除标准： ①　经门诊医师确诊为腰椎病者； ②　因精神疾患、认知或情绪障碍无法完成本项临床研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

A: The patient Exclusion criteria: ① History of lumbar surgery; (2) combined with spinal compression fracture, lumbar spondylolisthesis of grade Ⅱ or above, lumbar spondylolysis, lumbar spinal stenosis; ③ spinal tumors; Spinal tuberculosis; Severe osteoporosis (T score ≤-3.0 or associated with osteoporotic fracture); Diabetic patients with peripheral neuropathy; ④ serious skin disease or skin damage on the waist; ⑤ pregnant and lactating women; ⑥ patients with severe heart failure, stroke and other serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; Severe liver and renal insufficiency; ⑦ Patients with cauda equina nerve damage, lower limb muscle strength ≤ grade 3, or persistent decrease of lower limb motor and sensory function; (8) those who were unable to complete the study due to mental or mental disorders, or those who were blind, deaf or dumb. B: Healthy volunteers Exclusion criteria: ① Lumbar spine disease diagnosed by outpatient physicians; ② Inability to complete the study due to mental, cognitive, or emotional disorders.
