研究目的：

主要目的：观察术前电针术前整对TKA后急性疼痛的临床疗效 次要目的：明确电针是否具有提高术后股四头肌肌力的作用，促进患者术后关节功能的快速康复。

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: To observe the clinical effect of preoperative electroacupuncture on acute pain in knee osteoarthritis patients undergo total knee arthroplasty. Secondary purpose: To determine whether electroacupuncture has the effect of improving the quadriceps muscle strength, and to promote the rapid recovery of knee function in patients after surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1）年龄 60-80 岁，性别不限； 2)诊断为骨关节炎，住院择期在全麻下行单侧全膝关节置换手术，无手术禁忌症； 3）美国麻醉医师协会(ASA)分级为 I 或 II 级； 4）BMI男性≤35，女性≤34者； 5）膝关节内翻/外翻＜15°者； 6）意并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1) Aged 60-80 years; 2) Diagnosis of osteoarthritis, hospitalization elective unilateral total knee arthroplasty under general anesthesia, no surgical contraindications; 3) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grades I or II; 4) BMI male <=35, female <=34; 5) Those with knee varus / valgus <15 degree; 6) Sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1.术前已有深静脉血栓或下肢肿胀； 2.严重心律失常、心力衰竭、慢性阻塞性肺疾病、癫痫、精神疾病； 3.伏兔、足三里、阳陵泉、阴陵泉穴位出皮损而无法施行针刺； 4.入院前 1 个月内行针刺治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Deep vein thrombosis or lower extremity swelling before surgery; 2. Severe arrhythmia, heart failure, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, epilepsy, mental illness; 3. Acupuncture at the points of Futu, Zusanli, Yanglingquan and Yinlingquan can not be performed; 4. Acupuncture treatment should be performed within 1 month before admission.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

将160例患者根据其入院就诊的时间先后顺序，分为10个区组，每个区组16人，使用SPSS软件，将1，2，3三个数字，每个区组均产生16个随机数字，分别输入分组后的新编号，分别标记为A、B、C、D四组。产生的随机数字序号分别输入输入计算机，同时装入160个密闭的信封中，计算机加密由资料由统计师和资料收集者保存。根据患者来院就诊的先后顺序，抽取信封中的随机数字，由针刺医师查看入组情况，整个临床试验过程中，给予手术医生、资料收集者、统计师均施盲。
