研究目的：

本课题旨在观察八段锦锻炼对冠心病慢性心力衰竭患者的临床康复的疗效，探讨中医传统功法八段锦对冠心病CHF 患者的康复的安全性评估、心肺功能和生活质量的影响，探求更适合我国国情的中西医结合心脏康复方案，并为八段锦在心脏康复中的运用和推广提供理论基础。

Objectives of Study：

his subject is to observe the eight brocade exercise on coronary heart disease (CHD) patients with chronic heart failure clinical curative effect of recovery, to explore traditional techniques of TCM eight jin of the safety assessment of recovery in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) CHF, the influence of cardiopulmonary function and quality of life, the quest of Chinese and western medicine combined with cardiac rehabilitation scheme is more suitable for China's national conditions, and for eight brocade in cardiac rehabilitation provides the theoretical foundation, application and promotion.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.既往有明确冠心病病史，并且符合慢性心力衰竭稳定期诊断标准者； 2.NYHA心功能分级为II、III级者； 3.LVEF>40%患者； 4.年龄在40?75岁之间者； 5.自愿参加本课题并且签署知情同意书，符合医学伦理道德者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Having a definite history of coronary heart disease and meeting the stable diagnostic criteria for chronic heart failure; 2. NYHA patients with grade II and III cardiac function; 3. LVEF > 40% of patients; 4. Those aged between 40 and 75 years; 5. Volunteer to participate in this project and sign informed consent, which is in line with medical ethics.

排除标准：

1.目前病情处在CHF的急性发作期者； 2.存在急性并发症者，如血栓栓塞、脑卒中、心肌梗死、恶性心律失常等； 3.合并高血压病患者，并且血压控制不理想的（收缩压>180mmHg,或舒张压 >100mmHg）； 4.合并凝血功能、肝、肾、心、脑功能明显异常者； 5.合并严重骨关节疾病而活动障碍者； 6.近期内自行习练其他中医传统功法者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The patient is in the acute stage of CHF; 2. Acute complications, such as thromboembolism, stroke, myocardial infarction, malignant arrhythmia, etc.; 3. Patients with hypertension and their blood pressure control is not ideal (systolic bp >180mmHg, or diastolic bp >100mmHg); 4. Patients with obvious abnormalities in coagulation, liver, kidney, heart and brain functions; 5. Persons with severe bone and joint disease and movement disorder; 6. Recent practice of other traditional Chinese medicine skills.
