研究目的：

研究经颅磁刺激治疗联合电针疗法对缺血性脑卒中患者肢体运动功能及神经功能缺损程度的有效性。

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the efficacy of transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) combined with electroacupuncture in the treatment of limb motor function and neurological function deficits in patients with ischemic stroke.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）首次发病，符合中医及西医诊断标准； （2）年龄 40-75 岁，病程 2 周-3 个月； （3）生命体征稳定，能配合治疗和评估； （4）一侧肢体运动功能障碍，Brunnstrom 分级 II-IV 级； （5）患者本人或其家属委托人同意并已签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Those patients with the first onset of the disease meet the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine; 2. Patients aged 40-75 years old, course of disease 2 weeks-3 months; 3. Subjects with stable vital signs can cooperate with treatment and evaluation; 4. Subjects with unilateral limb motor dysfunction, Brunnstrom grade II-IV; 5. The client of the patient or his family has agreed and signed the informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）有癫痫既往史或有癫痫家族史； （2）体内有心脏起搏器、脑内有金属植入物、耳蜗植入物、行脑室-腹腔（V-P）分流术等不适合进行经颅磁刺激治疗者； （3）正在参加影响本研究结果评价的其他临床实验者； （4）合并有肿瘤、严重的呼吸、心、肝、肾、内分泌和造血系统等疾病者，根据研究者的判断，受试者的合并疾病会使其面临重大风险，可能影响研究结果，或者可能严重干扰研究的进行； （5）合并有跛行、骨关节炎、类风湿性关节炎、痛风性关节炎等引起的肢体活动功能障碍而影响肢体功能评分者； （6）对电针刺激过敏或晕针者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with previous history of epilepsy or family history of epilepsy; 2. The patients who are not suitable for transcranial magnetic stimulation therapy, such as pacemakers in the body, metal implants in the brain, cochlear implants, ventriculoperitoneal (V-P),etc.; 3. Subjects who are participating in other clinical trials affecting the evaluation of the results of this study; 4. For patients with tumor, severe respiratory, heart, liver, kidney, endocrine and hematopoietic system diseases, according to the judgment of the researchers, the combined diseases of the subjects will make them face major risks, which may affect the research results or seriously interfere with the research progress; 5. Those patients with limb dysfunction caused by claudication, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, gouty arthritis, etc., which affect the limb function score; 6. Subjects who are allergic to electroacupuncture stimulation or feel dizzy.
