开展中医综合疗法防控不同阶段近视进展的多中心随机对照研究，评价中医适宜技术在近视防控中的有效性和安全性, 通过循证医学方法获得高质量临床证据，形成可推广的临床方案。

Objectives of Study：

Carry out a multi-center randomized controlled study on the prevention and control of myopia progression in different stages of the comprehensive treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, evaluate the effectiveness and safety of suitable Chinese medicine techniques in the prevention and control of myopia, obtain high-quality clinical evidence through evidence-based medicine, and form a generalizable clinical program.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

A.等效球镜度数：-0.50DS＜等效球镜； B.年龄6－10岁； C.签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Equivalent spherical mirror power: - 0.50ds < equivalent spherical mirror; 2. People aged 6-10 years; 3. The subject who signed the informed consent.

排除标准：

A.影响视力的其他眼部疾病； B.严重的全身疾病； C.斜视与弱视患者； D.父母有一方或双方，单眼或双眼有高度近视（等效球镜＜-6.00DS）者； E.正在使用其它方法或参与其他研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with other eye diseases that affect vision; 2. Patients with serious systemic diseases; 3. Strabismus and amblyopia; 4. The subjects with one or both parents, monocular or binocular high myopia (equivalent spherical lens < - 6.00ds); 5. Subjects who are using other methods or participating in other studies.

采用完全随机设计试验。根据病例收集标准，对于筛选合格的患者，再按照随机结果分配治疗方案。 分组方法（各参加单位）： A.取自然数字1、2、3、4、5、6…46作为患者来诊序号。 B.通过随机数字表将所得之两位数随机数字，按来诊序号排列。 C.按随机数字大小排列，所得前一半数字列为治疗组，后一半随机数所对应的来诊患者列为对照组，整个过程受试者的初始编号始终不变。
