研究目的：

评估针刺与假针刺的疗效差异，并通过随访观察其效应的持续性，同时在干预前后检测肠道菌群多样性及粪便和血浆代谢产物，为深入探讨针刺干预阈下抑郁的临床疗效及作用机制提供客观证据。同时，通过与健康人群对比，研究阈下抑郁人群与健康人群肠道菌群结构及粪便和血浆代谢产物的差异。

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the difference in efficacy between acupuncture and sham acupuncture, and to observe the persistence of the effect through follow-up. At the same time, the diversity of intestinal flora and the metabolites in feces and plasma were detected before and after the intervention, to provide objective evidence for in-depth discussion of the clinical efficacy and mechanism of acupuncture intervention for subthreshold depression. At the same time, by comparing with healthy people, the differences in gut microbiota structure and fecal and plasma metabolites between subthreshold depression and healthy people were studied.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.符合阈下抑郁的诊断标准； 2.受试者年龄在18-60岁之间，性别不限； 3.汉密尔顿-17项抑郁量表（HAMD-17）评分:7分≤ HAMD <17分； 4.治疗前至少2周没有使用过任何治疗抗抑郁药物，近3个月未接受针对抑郁的针灸治疗； 5.入组到提供标本前禁服抗生素类药物、益生菌及酸奶等发酵乳制品； 6.能积极配合本次治疗，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for subthreshold depression; 2. Aged between 18-60 years, and the gender is not limited; 3. Hamilton-17-item Depression Scale (HAMD-17) score: 7 points <= HAMD <17 points; 4. Have not used any antidepressant drugs for at least 2 weeks before treatment, and have not received acupuncture treatment for depression in the past 3 months; 5. It is forbidden to take antibiotics, probiotics and fermented dairy products such as yogurt before entering the group and providing specimens; 6. Be able to actively cooperate with the treatment and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1.得到临床确诊的抑郁症患者、既往精神疾病或器质性精神障碍患者； 2.有严重肝、肾功能损害者、严重心率失常或心功能不全者； 3.妊娠期及哺乳期女性； 4.精神活性物质或非成瘾性物质所致的抑郁发作； 5.患者有强烈的自杀企图或行为； 6.不能耐受针灸治疗者； 7.沟通有障碍者或不配合研究者； 8.经研究者判定不适合纳入观察的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with clinically diagnosed depression, previous mental illness or organic mental disorder; 2. Those with severe liver and kidney damage, severe arrhythmia or cardiac insufficiency; 3. Pregnant and lactating patients; 4. Depressive episodes caused by psychoactive substances or non-addictive substances; 5. The patient has a strong suicide attempt or behavior; 6. Those who cannot tolerate acupuncture treatment; 7. Those who have communication difficulties or do not cooperate with the researcher; 8. Other situations judged by the investigator to be inappropriate for inclusion in the observation.

本研究采用动态区组随机设计，按1:1比例随机分为治疗组与对照组。区组段长为4、6、8，使用R 4.0.3软件包生成随机数，排列区组，完成随机化。
