研究目的：

探讨补中益气汤联合早期康复护理措施在机械通气ICU获得性衰弱患者中应用的临床效果，为ICU获得性衰弱患者的临床治疗及护理干预提供新的途径和依据

Objectives of Study：

OBJECTIVE: to explore the clinical effect of Bu Zhong Yi Qi Wan combined with early rehabilitation nursing in patients with acquired weakness in mechanically ventilated ICU, and to provide a new way and basis for clinical treatment and nursing intervention of patients with acquired weakness in ICU

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

符合中医诊断标准；符合ICU获得性衰弱西医诊断标准；行机械通气治疗；年龄＞18岁；签署知情同意书：患者意识清醒：至少能完成3个简单遵嘱动作（睁眼、闭眼、点头、伸舌、皱眉、看着我）；无老年痴呆及脑部器质性病变、无精神障碍疾病史

Inclusion criteria

Meet the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese Medicine; meet the diagnostic criteria of ICU acquired weakness; Mechanical Ventilation Treatment; Age > 18 Years Old; Sign the informed consent form: The patient is conscious: Can Perform at least 3 simple movements (open eyes, close eyes, nod, stick out tongue, frown, look at me) ; no history of dementia or organic brain disease, no history of mental disorders

排除标准：

合并严重心、肝、肾、肺功能不全的患者；合并重度颅脑损伤者；合并活动性或必须手术的大出血，如肝脾破裂、胃肠穿孔等；有明确的神经肌肉疾病，如重症肌无力、格林巴利综合征、肌萎缩侧索硬化；恶性肿瘤终末阶段恶病质状态。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with severe heart, liver, Kidney, and lung dysfunction; patients with severe head injury; patients with active bleeding or major bleeding requiring surgery, such as rupture of liver and spleen, perforation of stomach and intestine; patients with definite neuromuscular diseases, myasthenia Gravis, Guillain Barre Syndrome, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis; end stage CACHEXIA.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据采集过程中，采用统一的制式病例表使其规范化；住院医师收集相关数据保证质量；病例数据可以溯源，不可缺失；整理数据，严格科学的数据录入、核对及处理方法（建立录入界面，双人录入，电子核对）。对参研人员统一培训，使其熟悉试验流程，能够进行规范化操作；操作过程采用标准作业程序（Standard Operating Procedure, SOP）；对于病例资料进行规范化评价：对于已采集的数据使用文件化管理；定期会议，解决研究过程中存在的问题。
