研究目的：

在前期循证研究和文献评价的基础上，优化热敏灸干预的诊疗方案。比较腧穴热敏化艾灸与西医内科临床治疗过敏性鼻炎的疗效及发现热敏灸治疗过敏性鼻炎在某些方面的优势，形成热敏灸治疗过敏性鼻炎技术操作规范,便于在全国推广应用。

Objectives of Study：

On the basis of previous evidence-based research and literature evaluation, the diagnosis and treatment scheme of heat-sensitive moxibustion intervention was optimized.To compare the curative effect of acupoint thermo sensitive moxibustion and western medicine clinical treatment of allergic rhinitis and find the advantages of thermo sensitive moxibustion treatment of allergic rhinitis in some aspects, and form the technical operation standard of thermo sensitive moxibustion treatment of allergic rhinitis, which is convenient to popularize and apply in the whole country.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

A.符合过敏性鼻炎的诊断标准； B.年龄在18-65 岁，性别不限； C.自愿参加本临床观察，并且签署知情同意书； D.能够服从医生的治疗安排，能够配合医生的治疗和随访。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for allergic rhinitis; 2. aged 18 to 65 years; 3. Voluntarily participate in the clinical observation and sign the informed consent; 4. Be able to follow the doctor's treatment arrangement and cooperate with the doctor's treatment and follow-up.

排除标准：

A.合并严重心脑血管、肝、肾、造血系统等疾病者； B.有其他鼻患，如慢性鼻炎、鼻窦炎、鼻息肉、鼻中隔偏曲等； C.精神病患者，妊娠或哺乳期妇女； D.兼并有哮喘、支气管炎等上呼吸系统疾病患者； E.晕针、晕灸或对针灸排斥者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and other diseases; 2. have other nasal problems, such as chronic rhinitis, sinusitis, nasal polyps, nasal septum deviation, etc.; 3. patients with mental illness, pregnant or lactating women; 4. Merger of patients with respiratory diseases such as asthma and bronchitis; 5. Patients with dizziness, halo moxibustion or rejection of acupuncture and moxibustion.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

各分中心受试对象的随机分配采用中心随机化方法，由我院临床科研中心统一控制，随机分组结果采用中央随机分配系统通过语音电话、网络进行发布。随机化操作过程、随机分配方案的隐藏均由该系统完成。该系统使随机分配能集中地、无假日地满足多中心临床试验中各个试验中心受试者分配的需要。该系统通过IVR将此随机分配结果发送给各个临床试验场所的各位临床研究者。临床研究者按照“中央随机系统操作说明”通过拨打语音电话、网络进行操作，即能获得随机分组结果。按照获得的分组结果，由受试者随机号决定该位受试者的干预措施。随机分配的实施纳入临床研究的质量控制之中进行管理。

The randomization of the subjects in each sub-center was controlled by the China academy of traditional Chinese medicine (cas), and the results of the randomization were published by the central randomization system through voice calls and the Internet.

本试验采用单盲法及第三者评价法，即盲医生，观察项目的评估者和结果的统计分析者。
