研究目的：

研究“补肾调督益智”针刺联合计算机辅助认知训练对卒中后认知功能障碍恢复的影响,从而为卒中后认知功能障碍提供有效的中西医结合康复治疗。

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of acupuncture therapy combined with computer-assisted cognitive training on post-stroke cognitive impairment, so as to provide an effective therapy with the integration of traditional and western medicine.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①符合“脑卒中”的诊断标准，并经头颅CT或MRI检查证实； ②经简易智力检查量表（MMSE）筛查伴有认知功能障碍 ③首次发病，病程1月~6月； ④年龄40~70岁 ⑤具备足够的视觉和听觉分辨力接受神经心理学测试。 ⑥病情稳定，意识清醒，生命体征稳定。 ⑦签署《知情同意书》。

Inclusion criteria

1. Diagnosed with stroke according to the criteria of Diagnostic Criteria and confirmed by CT or MRI; 2. Having cognitive impairment according to the Mini-Mental Status Examination (MMSE) screening; 3. Be the first onset, the course of disease is 1-6 months; 4. Aged 40-70 years old; 5. Having sufficient visual and auditory resolution capability to accept neuropsychological testing; 6. The patients should be conscious, with stable vital signs. 7. Signing the informed consent form.

排除标准：

①合并有严重的心、肝、肾等系统疾病； ②合并其它精神疾病及严重神经系统疾病； ③严重视力、听力及语言障碍，妨碍认知评定； ④纳入研究前3个月内使用影响大脑兴奋性药物者 ⑤正在参加其他临床试验；

Exclusion criteria：

1. With serious illnesses, such as heart, liver, kidney, endocrine diseases and hematopoietic system disease; 2. Combined with other mental illnesses and severe neurological diseases; 3. Patients that have severe impairment of vision, hearing and speech that hinder cognitive test; 4. Patients receiving drugs that affect the excitability of brain within 3 months; 5. Patients participating in other clinical trials.
