研究目的：

本研究为探讨加味葛根芩连汤治疗湿热蕴结型晚期大肠癌的临床疗效及安全性，为中医药干预恶性肿瘤提供可靠的临床依据。

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Modified Gegen Qinlian Decoction in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer of damp-heat accumulation type, and to provide a reliable clinical basis for the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine on malignant tumors.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.年龄＞18周岁，生存期≥3个月； 2.符合上述西医诊断标准和中医证型诊断标准，经由明确病理或细胞学诊断的大肠癌患者； 3.TNM分期为Ⅳ期，术后复发、转移或失去手术机会未手术的患者，近1月内未服用中药； 4.无其他原发肿瘤及严重的心肝肾等疾病； 5.具备随访电话及地址，患者或家属愿意配合随访并有较完善病历资料，且签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age > 18 years old, survival period >= 3 months; 2. Patients with colorectal cancer who meet the above-mentioned diagnostic criteria of Western medicine and TCM syndrome types, and have been diagnosed by definite pathology or cytology; 3. TNM stage is IV, patients with postoperative recurrence, metastasis or lost the opportunity for surgery without surgery, have not taken traditional Chinese medicine within the past 1 month; 4. No other primary tumors and serious heart, liver and kidney diseases; 5. Those who have follow-up telephone numbers and addresses, patients or their families who are willing to cooperate with follow-up visits, have relatively complete medical records, and sign informed consent.

排除标准：

1.非原发性大肠癌； 2.不能或不愿意接受中药治疗者； 3.患者已出现肠梗阻不能服用药物，需要静脉高能营养，或合并有吸收不良综合征或其他影响胃肠道吸收的疾病，或患有活动性消化性溃疡病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Non-primary colorectal cancer; 2. Those who are unable or unwilling to accept traditional Chinese medicine treatment; 3. The patient has developed intestinal obstruction and cannot take drugs, needs intravenous high-energy nutrition, or has malabsorption syndrome or other diseases that affect the absorption of the gastrointestinal tract, or has active peptic ulcer disease.

采用分层区组随机化方法，将中心作为分层因素，设定区组大小为4和6，按照1:1的比例将受试者随机分配至试验组和对照组。采用SAS9.3统计分析软件的“Proc plan”程序产生研究所需的随机方案。随机化过程中设定的各参数等相关内容均保存在盲底中。采用临床研究中央随机系统（山西省中医院肿瘤科提供）进行随机化操作。当合格受试者入组时，由各中心负责随机化的人员或临床研究者通过电话或网络登录中央随机系统进行随机号的申请。
