研究目的：

明确针灸干预乳腺癌患者高致吐性化疗方案致恶心呕吐的疗效及安全性，为临床提供更多有效的治疗手段，同时初步探讨针灸对血清5-HT水平的影响，为针灸调控化疗相关性呕吐递质提供研究数据和科学内涵。

Objectives of Study：

Clarify the efficacy and safety of acupuncture intervention for nausea and vomiting caused by high emetic chemotherapy in breast cancer patients, and provide more effective treatment methods for the clinic. At the same time, the effect of acupuncture on serum 5-HT levels will be preliminarily discussed, and the relevance of acupuncture and moxibustion to regulate chemotherapy Vomiting transmitter provides research data and scientific connotation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）经病理明确诊断为乳腺恶性肿瘤且符合化疗适应症的患者； （2）年龄在20～75岁之间； （3）化疗方案以AC方案为主或包含铂类； （4）预计生存期＞6个月； （5）ECOG评分0-2； （6）自愿参加研究，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with breast cancer confirmed by pathology and meeting the chemotherapy indications; 2. Patients between 20 and 75 years old; 3. Patients whose chemotherapy regimens are mainly AC regimens or contain platinum; 4. Patients whose expected survival time is more than 6 months; 5. Patients with ECoG score 0-2; 6. The patients who voluntarily participated in the study signed the informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）严重肝肾功能不全者； （2）凝血功能障碍、血小板减少症或有出血相关性疾病者； （3）非化疗引起的或化疗前就存在的顽固性呕吐者； （4）精神异常者； （5）低血压患者； （6）针刺部位有水肿、感染、破溃或皮肤病者； （7）晕针、惧针、晕血者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; 2. Patients with coagulation dysfunction, thrombocytopenia or bleeding related diseases; 3. Patients with refractory vomiting not caused by chemotherapy or existed before chemotherapy; 4. Patients with mental disorders; 5. Patients with hypotension; 6. Patients with edema, infection, ulceration or skin disease at acupuncture site; 7. Patients who feel dizzy, afraid of needling and blood sickness.
