研究目的：

本实验观察针刺对开胸手术术后认知功能的影响，进一步探讨针刺影响术后认知功能障碍的机制的关系。

Objectives of Study：

In this trial, firstly we observed the effect of acupuncture on cognitive function after esophageal cancer surgery, further more , explored the mechanism of acupuncture on postoperative cognitive dysfunction.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1. 符合食道癌或者肺癌者； 2. 年龄≥18岁 ，ASA分级Ⅰ-Ⅱ级，遵循病人及家属同意； 3. 签署知情同意书，自愿作为受试对象，接受本实验方法治疗 。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with esophageal cancer or lung cancer; 2. Aged over 18, ASA class I- II; 3. Sign the informed consent form and volunteer as the subject to receive the treatment of this experimental method.

排除标准：

1. 合并有冠心病、痴呆、智力发育障碍、脑梗塞病史，心肌梗塞病史，抑郁症者。 2. 正在参加或试验前12周内参加过其他临床试验者。 3. 其他根据研究者的判断，不宜参加该临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined with a history of coronary heart disease, dementia, mental retardation, cerebral infarction, myocardial infarction and depression. 2. Participants who participated in other clinical trials within 12 weeks prior to or during the trial. 3. Other participants should not participate in the clinical trial according to the judgment of the researcher.
