研究目的：

规范和优化膝骨关节炎中医药治疗，评价本方案的临床疗效及其临床疗效安全性，充分发挥中医药辨证治疗的特色和优势。

Objectives of Study：

Standardize and optimize the TCM treatment of knee osteoarthritis, evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of the clinical efficacy of this program, and give full play to the characteristics and advantages of TCM syndrome differentiation treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①符合膝骨关节炎诊断标准和中医辨证标准的患者； ②自愿接受药物治疗的患者； ③治疗前2周没有服用其它治疗膝骨关节炎的药物者； ④已经签署进入知情同意书，并保证完成疗程的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of knee osteoarthritis and TCM syndrome differentiation standards; 2. Patients who voluntarily receive drug treatment; 3. Patients who have not taken other drugs for knee osteoarthritis 2 weeks before treatment; 4. Informed consent form has been signed and guaranteed Patients who have completed the course of treatment.

排除标准：

①不符合膝骨关节炎西医诊断标准和中医辨证标准者； ②年龄40岁以下者； ③哺乳妊娠或正准备妊娠的妇女； ④过敏体质及对多种药物过敏者； ⑤合并肝、肾、造血系统、内分泌系统等原发性疾病及精神病患者； ⑥病情危重，应该行手术治疗者； ⑦精神或法律上的残疾者； ⑧怀疑确有酒精、药物滥用病史，或根据判断，具有降低入组可能性或使入组复杂化的其他病史，如工作环境经常变动，容易造成失访的情况； ⑨正在参加其他药物临床研究的受试者； ⑩病情危重，难以对药物的有效性和安全性作出确切评价者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who do not meet the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine for knee osteoarthritis and the criteria of TCM syndrome differentiation; 2. Those under the age of 40; 3. Women who are breastfeeding or preparing to become pregnant; 4. Those with allergies and allergies to multiple drugs; 5. With liver, kidney, Patients with primary diseases such as hematopoietic system and endocrine system and mental illness; 6. those who are critically ill and should be treated with surgery; 7. mentally or legally disabled; 8. suspected to have a history of alcohol or drug abuse, or according to judgment, have reduced income Group possibility or other medical history that complicates the enrollment, such as frequent changes in the work environment, which may easily lead to loss of follow-up; 9. Subjects who are participating in clinical studies of other drugs; 10. In critical condition, it is difficult to determine the effectiveness and safety of the drug The person who makes an accurate assessment of sex.
