研究目的：

本研究选择符合艾滋病失眠诊断标准患者165例，采用随机、非盲法、耳穴压豆模拟对照试验，按照A耳穴压豆组：B模拟对照组：C艾司唑仑组随机为三组，采用失眠症严重指数(ISI)为主要观察指标，匹斯堡失眠量表评分，EuroQol健康指数量表(EQ-5D)，中医证候量表为次要观察指标，观察三组患者干预前后评分变化情况及组间的评分比较变化情况，从而评价耳穴压豆法干预HIV相关失眠症的临床疗效，制定艾滋病相关失眠症的耳穴压豆技术操作规范。

Objectives of Study：

In this study, 165 patients who met the diagnostic criteria of AIDS and insomnia were selected, and A randomized, non-blind and simulated control experiment was conducted.C estazolam randomly into 3 groups, with insomnia severity index (ISI) as the main observation indexes, Pittsburgh insomnia rating scale, EuroQol health index scale (EQ - 5 d), TCM syndrome scale for secondary observation indexes, observe the three groups of patients before and after the intervention, the change of the score and the score between group compare the situation changes, so as to evaluate ear bean method intervention HIV related clinical curative effect of insomnia, develop AIDS related insomnia ear bean technical operation specification.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1. HIV抗体（+），经过Western Blot确证试验证实； 2. 符合美国精神病学会(APA)失眠诊断标准, 且8 分≤失眠症严重指数积分； 3. 年龄：18-70岁； 4. 受试者自愿并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. HIV antibody (+) was confirmed by Western Blot. 2. Met the diagnostic criteria for insomnia of the American psychiatric association (APA), and 8 points insomnia severity index score; 3. Aged 18-70 years; 4. Subjects will voluntarily sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1. 患有精神障碍，包括严重的精神分裂症、抑郁症等； 2. 严重心、肝、肾等重要脏器疾病； 3. 酒精滥用或药物依赖者； 4. 贫血（HB<8.0g/dl）、血小板计数<60000/ul及中性粒细胞计数<1000/ul； 5. 妊娠或哺乳期妇女, 或准备妊娠妇女； 6. 耳穴组和模拟组患者近2周内服用镇静安眠药及抗精神病药、抗生素、糖皮质激素等药物；艾司唑仑组近2周内服用除艾司唑仑片之外其他镇静安眠药。 7. 受试者不按时复诊或失访，依从性差者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Suffering from mental disorders, including severe schizophrenia, depression, etc.; 2. Serious heart, liver, kidney and other important organ diseases; 3. Alcohol abusers or drug addicts; 4. Anemia (HB<8.0g/dl), platelet count <60000/ul and neutrophil count <1000/ul; 5. Pregnant or lactating women, or women preparing for pregnancy; 6. Patients in the auricular point group and the simulation group were given sedative and hypnotic drugs, antipsychotic drugs, antibiotics, glucocorticoids and other drugs within nearly 2 weeks. In the estazolam group, other sedative and sleeping pills except estazolam tablets were taken in the past 2 weeks. 7. The subject fails to return visit or visit on time and has poor compliance.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

1.审查病例报告表、建立数据库、录入人员进行数据录入前的培训。2.根据病例报告表表格的项目采用EpiData3.0软件建立相应的录入程序，并设定录入时的逻辑审查限定条件，对数据库进行试运行，进而建立本试验专用的数据库系统。由数据管理员进行数据录入，采用两次录入法。
