研究目的：

针刺联合失眠中医系统eCBTI治疗慢性失眠症，运用睡眠量表结合睡眠日记评价临床疗效，并通过在线随访观察其远期疗效。

Objectives of Study：

In the treatment of chronic insomnia by acupuncture combined with eCBTI, the clinical efficacy was evaluated by using sleep scale and sleep diary, and the long-term efficacy was observed by online follow-up.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①年龄为18-60岁； ②符合ICSD-3诊断标准； ③PSQI评分>7分； ④过去一个月未接受精神类药物治疗； ⑤无沟通和认知障碍，可对智能手机进行基本操作； ⑥签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18-60 years old; 2. meet the diagnostic criteria of icsd-3; 3. PSQI score >7; 4. did not receive psychiatric drug treatment in the past month; 5. No communication and cognitive barriers, can carry out basic operations on smart phones; 6. Sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1.癫痫，糖尿病，心血管疾病，肾衰竭，高血压，代谢性疾病或良性前列腺增生症等器质性疾病引起的睡眠障碍； 2.抑郁症，焦虑症，精神分裂症或其他严重精神疾病引起的睡眠障碍； 3.其他睡眠障碍的诊断，或在基线时在PSG上发现任何其他睡眠障碍，如阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停，快速眼动(REM)睡眠障碍或不宁腿综合征； 4.不能配合填写量表，文化程度较低者； 5.孕妇，哺乳期妇女等不适宜接受针灸治疗人群； 6.过去一个月曾接受过针灸治疗失眠； 7.酒精和/或其他药物滥用或依赖。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Sleep disorders caused by epilepsy, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, renal failure, hypertension, metabolic disease or benign prostatic hyperplasia; 2. Sleep disorders caused by depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, or other serious mental disorders; 3. diagnosis of other sleep disorders, or any other sleep disorders found on PSG at baseline, such as obstructive sleep apnea, rapid eye movement (REM) sleep disorders, or restless legs syndrome; 4. Unable to fill in the scale, low educational level; 5. pregnant women, nursing women and other inappropriate to receive acupuncture treatment; 6. I have received acupuncture treatment for insomnia in the past month; 7.Alcohol and/or other substance abuse or dependence.
