研究目的：

研究“健脾扶正茶”对缺血性脑卒中再中的预防作用，开发治未病服务产品。

Objectives of Study：

To study the preventive effect of "jianpi fuzheng tea" on the recurrence of ischemic stroke, and to develop preventive service products.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

采用随机对照的研究方法，以病程1-6个月的IS患者为研究对象，以西医二级预防方案为基础方案，以再中率、危险因素、躯体残障和认知功能、情志、生化指标为观察指标，客观评价“健脾扶正茶”对缺血性脑卒中再中的预防作用。健脾扶正茶主要成分包括：党参、当归、陈皮、白芍。

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.有急性缺血性脑卒中史，符合急性缺血性脑卒中诊断标准，且经头颅MRI确诊； 2.符合：1个月≤急性缺血性脑卒中发病时间≤6个月； 3.性别不限，年龄40-80岁（包含40岁和80岁）； 4.日常活动依赖程度量表（MRS）评分≤3； 5.自愿参加本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Had a history of acute ischemic stroke, met the diagnostic criteria for acute ischemic stroke, and was confirmed by head MRI; 2. Consistent with: 1 month <=acute ischemic stroke onset time <=6 months; 3. Aged 40 to 80 years old; 4. Daily activity dependence scale (MRS) score <=3; 5. Participate in the study voluntarily and sign informed consent.

排除标准：

1.严重心、肝、肾和造血系统疾病、恶性肿瘤、痴呆、精神疾病而不能配合者； 2.妊娠或哺乳期妇女; 3.正在或近3个月参加其他临床试验者； 4.先天残障患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with serious diseases of the heart, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system, malignant tumors, dementia and mental diseases that cannot cooperate; 2. Pregnant or lactating women; 3. Participating in other clinical trials for 3 months or more; 4. Congenital disability patients.

按区组随机化原则进行样本随机化，分段长度为4，采用spss21.0统计软件，产生随机数和相应的分配方案，产生的随机处理编码以文件形式保存，每个编码封存于一个信封之中，并由专人保存。只有当病例符合纳入标准并确定入组时，方可打开对应的编码信封，按编码入组。将96例缺血性脑卒中随机分配到2个组。
