研究目的：

明确中医康复方案在改善中风后吞咽障碍（口腔期、咽期）的吞咽启动延迟、咽部残留、喉上抬不足、误吸等方面的康复优势。

Objectives of Study：

To clarify the rehabilitation advantages of TCM rehabilitation program in improving dysphagia after stroke (oral stage, pharynx stage), including pharynx residue, insufficient laryngeal lift, aspiration and so on.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）临床诊断为首发单侧大脑半球脑梗死或脑出血，并经头颅CT或MRI证实； （2）符合吞咽障碍诊断标准； （3）在评估过程中有口腔期、咽期异常表现； （4）中风病程及吞咽障碍持续时间在3个月之间； （5）患者神志清楚，生命体征平稳，无发热和肺部感染； （6）年龄35～75岁； （7）知情同意者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) the clinical diagnosis was the first unilateral hemispheric cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage, which was confirmed by CT or MRI. (2) accorded with the diagnostic criteria of dysphagia; (3) abnormal manifestations in oral stage and pharyngeal stage in the process of evaluation; (4) the course of stroke and the duration of dysphagia were between 3 months; (5) the patient was conscious, the vital signs were stable, and there was no fever and pulmonary infection. (6) aged 35 to 75 years; (7) informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）既往有脑肿瘤、脑外伤及其它神经精神病史； （2）既往有吞咽困难病史； （3）合并有认知功能障碍、失语；有严重心肺肾并发症； （4）不能配合检查与治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) previous history of brain tumor, brain trauma and other neuropsychiatric disorders; (2) previous history of dysphagia; (3) complicated with cognitive impairment, aphasia, severe cardiopulmonary and renal complications; (4) those who are unable to cooperate with the examination and treatment.

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

After completing at least 5 copies of CRF, each clinical trial center shall send it to the data manager in time through clinical supervisors in order to establish the corresponding database.
