研究目的：

本研究通过使用超声测量在辅助电针下视神经鞘直径的变化，探讨电针对颅内压的影响，为以后处理颅内压增高患者麻醉提供新的辅助手段。

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of Electroacupuncture on intracranial pressure by measuring the diameter of optic nerve sheath under the assistance of Electroacupuncture with ultrasound, so as to provide a new auxiliary method for the treatment of patients with increased intracranial pressure.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.美国麻醉医师协会术前患者分级（ASA分级）：Ⅰ-Ⅲ级； 2.年龄≥18周岁且≤75周岁，性别不限； 3.BMI为 18-24kg/m2（体重指数BMI=体重（kg）/身高2（m2））； 4.理解、同意参加本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. American Society of anesthesiologists preoperative patient classification (ASA): I -III; 2. Aged >= 18 and <= 75 years, regardless of gender; 3. BMI is 18-24kg / m2 (BMI = weight (kg) / height 2 (M2)); 4. Understand and agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1.已知的短暂性脑缺血发作，蛛网膜下腔出血及脑出血，脑梗塞，脑肿瘤，脑血管畸形，脑动脉炎，脑外伤等脑部疾病； 2.脊髓炎，脊髓脱髓鞘，脊髓压迫征，脊髓肿瘤等中枢神经系统疾病； 3.对经穴循行经线进行过手术的病人； 4.有经穴局部皮肤感染的病人； 5.入组前4周内参加过或正在参加其它临床试验者； 6.白内障患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Known transient ischemic attack, subarachnoid hemorrhage and cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction, brain tumor, cerebral vascular malformation, cerebral arteritis, brain trauma and other brain diseases; 2. Myelitis, spinal cord demyelination, spinal cord compression sign, spinal cord tumor and other central nervous system diseases; 3. Patients who have operated on the meridians along the meridians; 4. Patients with local skin infection of acupoints; 5. Those who have participated in or are participating in other clinical trials within 4 weeks before enrollment; 6. Cataract patients.
