研究目的：

探索氢气吸入对2型糖尿病视网膜病变患者糖代谢、脂质代谢、视网膜病变的效果。

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of hydrogen inhalation on glucose metabolism, lipid metabolism and retinopathy in patients with type 2 diabetic retinopathy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

(1)本市户籍或街道登记的常住人口，年龄18-70周岁，男女不限； (2)确诊的已签约家庭医生、纳入社区管理的2型糖尿病患者； (3)2型糖尿病合并视网膜病变患者； (4)自愿参加本试验，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) The resident population registered in the Shanghai household registration or street, aged 18-70, male or female; (2) Type 2 diabetes patients included in community management and signed with family doctors; (3) Patients with type 2 diabetes complicated with retinopathy; (4) Volunteer to participate in the trial and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）糖尿病前存在慢性或陈旧性眼底疾病； （2）过去6个月平均糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c)>9%； （3）肾小球滤过率（eGFR）<30(ml/min/1.73㎡); （4）使用胰岛素者； （5）严重抽烟和酗酒； （6）慢性肝脏疾病及心脑血管疾病； （7）恶性肿瘤等严重疾病患者； （8）孕妇及哺乳期妇女； （9）近3个月有过抗氧化治疗或参加同类试验者； （10）研究者认为不宜参加本临床试验入组其他情况者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with chronic or old fundus diseases before diabetes; (2) The average glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c) was over 9% in the past 6 months; (3) Glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) is under 30 (ml/min/1.73m2); (4) Patients who use insulin; (5) Those who are severe smokers or alcoholics; (6) Patients with chronic liver disease or cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; (7) Patients with serious diseases such as malignant tumors; (8) Pregnant women or lactating women; (9) Those who have had anti-oxidation treatment or participated in similar trials in the past 3 months; (10) Other situations that the investigator thinks it inappropriate to participate in the trials.
