研究目的：

1. 探索一种适用于广泛性焦虑障碍的中医团体心理方案，并对其安全性、有效性进行验证； 2.制定中医团体心理疗法治疗广泛性焦虑障碍的技术规范，编制临床实践指南，在全国推广应用； 3. 通过与团体认知行为治疗组的近红外光谱成像测试结果比较，从前额叶脑血氧水平信号变化寻找中医团体心理疗法对大脑的特异性作用； 4.通过分析近红外光谱成像数据变化与心理量表的改变量的相关关系，寻找中医团体心理疗法治疗广泛性焦虑障碍的前额叶皮层的作用靶点。

Objectives of Study：

1. Exploring a TCM group psychological program suitable for generalized anxiety disorder, and verify its safety and effectiveness; 2. Develop technical specifications for the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder by TCM group psychotherapy, and compile clinical practice guidelines. National promotion and application; 3. By comparing the results of the near-infrared spectral imaging test with the group cognitive behavioral therapy group, the specific effect of traditional Chinese medicine group psychotherapy on the brain was found from the signal changes of the prefrontal cerebral blood oxygen level; 4. By analyzing the near-infrared The correlation between the changes of spectral imaging data and the changes of psychological scales, and the target of the prefrontal cortex of TCM group psychotherapy in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）年龄：18～60周岁，男女均可； （2）符合西医广泛性焦虑障碍诊断标准； （3）入组时HAMA焦虑量表（17项）总分≥14分，且≤29分； （4）入组时HAMD抑郁量表总分≤7分； （5）知情同意并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age: 18-60 years old, both male and female; (2) Meet the diagnostic criteria for generalized anxiety disorder in Western medicine; (3) HAMA anxiety scale (17 items) total score ≥ 14 points and ≤ 29 points at the time of enrollment ; (4) The total score of HAMD depression scale at the time of enrollment is ≤ 7 points; (5) Informed consent and signed informed consent.

排除标准：

排除标准：1）有脑器质性疾病史； 2）妊娠及哺乳期妇女；3）患有严重躯体疾病者。
