研究目的：

本研究通过前瞻性自身前后对照研究，对我院IRLS积分在10分以上的患者，进行特定穴位的电针治疗不安腿综合征的安全性及有效性进行评估，对不安腿综合征的治疗进行进一步探索。

Objectives of Study：

In this study, a prospective self-control study was conducted to evaluate the safety and efficacy of electroacupuncture at specific acupoints in the treatment of restless legs syndrome in patients with IRLS score above 10 in hospital, and to explore the treatment of restless legs syndrome.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

采用中医辨证施治，入选患者制定统一的穴位电针治疗方案，针对足三里、三阴交、太冲三个穴位，每周进行3次治疗，共进行4周。

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

After 4 weeks of washout period, each patient received 4 weeks electroacupuncture therapy (3 times/week) on acupoints of Zusanli (ST36), Sanyinjiao (SP6) and Taichong (LR3) of both lower limbs.

纳入标准：

南京医科大学附属逸夫医院血液净化中心自2019年01月至2019年03月的维持性血液透析患者，年龄在18-65周岁，国际不宁腿积分表总积分≧10分。所有入选均患者签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

From December 2018 to March 2019, patients underwent regular hemodialysis therapy with not less than 12 hours/week for over 3 months in Sir Run Run Hospital, Nanjing Medical University were screened.At the same time, the age is between 18 and 65 years old, and the total score of the international restless leg score table is no less than 10. All the selected patients signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

有起搏器使用，明显出血倾向，不能耐受针刺痛，不能停止现有抗RLS药物，因其他原因中途更改透析方案的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients who cannot tolerate acupuncture pain or cease anti-RLS medication, have bleeding tendency or carry a pacemaker were excluded.
