研究目的：

本研究拟在腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者中应用电针来探索其是否可以调节由麻醉、气腹引起的颈内动脉血流量下降来调节脑血流量，以降低围术急性脑卒中发病率。基于随机、对照、规范化临床研究，以期以新的思路降低围术期急性脑卒中发病率，加强围术期安全，提高患者术后生存率，提高康复质量。

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to apply electroacupuncture in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy to explore whether it can regulate the decrease in internal carotid artery blood flow caused by anesthesia and pneumoperitoneum to regulate cerebral blood flow, so as to reduce the incidence of perioperative acute stroke. Based on randomized, controlled, standardized clinical research, we hope to reduce the incidence of perioperative acute stroke with new ideas, strengthen perioperative safety, improve the survival rate of patients after surgery, and improve the quality of rehabilitation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.择期行腹腔镜胆囊切除手术，美国麻醉医师协会术前患者分级（ASA分级)为Ⅰ-Ⅲ级； 2.年龄≥18周岁且≤75周岁，性别不限 ； 3.体重指数 18-32kg/m2（体重指数BMI=体重（kg）/身高2（m2））； 4.理解、同意参加本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy is performed, and the preoperative patient classification (ASA classification) of the American Society of Anesthesiologists is I-III; 2. Age >= 18 years old and <= 75 years old, no gender limit; 3. Body mass index 18-32kg/m2 (body mass index BMI = weight (kg) / height 2 (m2)); 4. Understand and agree to participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.已知的短暂性脑缺血发作，蛛网膜下腔出血及脑出血，脑梗塞，脑肿瘤，脑血管畸形，脑动脉炎，脑外伤等脑部疾病； 2.有严重肝、肾功能损伤者(ALT、AST、BUN、Cr 超出正常值1.5倍)； 3.脊髓炎，脊髓脱髓鞘，脊髓压迫征，脊髓肿瘤等中枢神经系统疾病； 4.对经穴循行经线进行过手术的病人； 5.有经穴局部皮肤感染的病人； 6入组前4周内参加过或正在参加其它临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Known transient ischemic attack, subarachnoid hemorrhage and cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction, brain tumor, cerebrovascular malformation, cerebral arteritis, brain trauma and other brain diseases. 2.Those with severe liver and kidney function damage (ALT, AST, BUN, Cr exceeding 1.5 times the normal value). 3.Myelitis, spinal cord demyelination, spinal cord compression, spinal cord tumors and other central nervous system diseases. 4.Patients who have undergone surgery on acupoints and meridians. 5.Patients with local skin infections at acupoints. 6.Those who have participated in or are participating in other clinical trials within 4 weeks before enrollment.
