研究目的：

本项目拟将90例脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者随机分为对照组及治疗组，在两组均行常规吞咽功能训练的基础上，治疗组采用针刺运动进行治疗，对照组采用常规针刺进行治疗。观察两组治疗前后舌咽部表面肌电，标准吞咽功能量表（SSA）、功能性经口摄食量表（FOIS），吞咽障碍特异性生活质量（SWAL-QOL），评价吞咽功能、生活质量和临床疗效，并记录治疗过程中的针刺不良反应，为临床治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍提供新的途径和思路。

Objectives of Study：

In this project, 90 patients with dysphagia after stroke are randomly divided into control group and treatment group. On the basis of routine swallowing function training in both groups, the treatment group is treated with acupuncture exercise, while the control group is treated with routine acupuncture. The glossopharyngeal surface electromyography, standard swallowing function scale (SSA), functional oral feeding scale (FOIS) and SWAL-QOL were observed before and after treatment in the two groups. The swallowing function, quality of life and clinical efficacy were evaluated, and the adverse reactions of acupuncture during treatment were recorded, which provided a new way and idea for clinical treatment of dysphagia after stroke.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

①年龄：35～75岁；②病程：处于脑卒中恢复期，发病在2周后至半年以内；③符合中西医诊断标准，意识清楚，生命体征平稳；④患者能积极配合，完成试验过程，自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① Age: 35 ~ 75 years old; ② Course of disease: in the recovery period of stroke, the onset is within two weeks to half a year; ③ Meet the diagnostic criteria of Chinese and western medicine, have clear consciousness and stable vital signs; ④ Patients can actively cooperate, complete the test process and sign the informed consent form voluntarily.

排除标准：

①有昏迷、生命征不稳定，气管切开、严重的心肺功能不全、严重认知障碍的患者；②完全性失语者；③年龄在35岁以下和75岁以上的，以及妊娠期妇女；④脑卒中的次数在2次或以上的患者；脑栓塞（心源性脑梗塞）患者；⑤有明显的口腔或咽喉疾病，如甲状腺疾患、局部感染、溃疡等影响吞咽者；⑥拒绝按照试验方案治疗和评估者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Patients with coma, unstable vital signs, tracheotomy, severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency and severe cognitive impairment; ② Complete aphasia; ③ those aged under 35 and over 75, and pregnant women; ④ Patients with two or more strokes; Patients with cerebral embolism (cardiogenic cerebral infarction); ⑤ Those who have obvious oral or throat diseases, such as thyroid diseases, local infections, ulcers, etc., which affect swallowing; ⑥ Those who refuse treatment and evaluation according to the test plan.

采用简单随机分组的方法，按患者入组的先后顺序从1到90依次排出入组编号，通过SPSS20.0产生随机数表。在90个不透光的信封表面标明入组编号，随机分配的组别制成卡片放入信封后进行密封。受试者同意进入试验后方能启封。严格按照分配的组别进行对应的治疗。

本临床试验采用单盲法。研究过程主要由针灸医师、言语治疗师实施。针灸医师根据分组对患者进行相应的治疗；言语治疗师不知道患者的分组情况，对患者进行试验涉及的量表评估、吞咽康复训练。每位患者有固定的针灸医师、言语治疗师负责跟进。
