在调查中医医院接受择期冠脉介入治疗（PCI）的不稳定性心绞痛（UA）患者临床特征基础上，分析PCI围手术期心肌损伤（PMI）发生的相关危险因素

Objectives of Study：

Based on the clinical characteristics of patients with unstable angina pectoris (UA) who receive elective coronary intervention (PCI) in hospitals of traditional Chinese medicine, the risk factors of perioperative myocardial injury (PMI) during PCI will be analyzed.

纳入标准：

国际疾病分类第一诊断是不稳定性心绞痛且成功接收择期PCI治疗的住院患者。

Inclusion criteria

International Classification of Diseases (ICD) inpatients whose first diagnosis was unstable angina pectoris and who successfully received elective PCI treatment.

排除标准：

纳入患者中医证候信息不完全者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with incomplete TCM syndrome information will be exncluded.

基于医院His数据库收集2017年2月至2019年2月于首都医科大学附属北京中医医院心血管科成功接受择期PCI治疗患者的临床资料，具体数据共享情况将根据医院相关规章制度开展。

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本底资料研究的病例调查数据通过EXCEL软件基础建立数据平台。由经过培训的录入员分别对调查表数据进行统一进行2次录入，2次录入后通过专业软件查错。研究中有关所有观察结果和发现都应加以核实，在数据处理的每一阶段必须进行质量控制，以保证数据完整、准确、真实、可靠。本项目涉及需要收集的病例有专人负责。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The case investigation data of the background data study will 本 established on the basis of Excel software.The trained input personnel input the questionnaire data for two times, and check the errors through professional software after the two input times.All relevant observations and findings in the study should be verified, and quality control must be carried out at every stage of data processing to ensure the integrity, accuracy, authenticity and reliability of the data.Cases that need to be collected in this project are in charge of special persons.
