研究目的：

本研究通过随机对照研究，以考前焦虑学生为对象，设计适合的防治方案，并严谨、客观地评价耳穴压豆疗法治疗对考前综合征的干预作用及对缓解考前焦虑的可能机理研究。

Objectives of Study：

In this study, a randomized controlled study was conducted to design a suitable prevention and treatment plan for students with exam anxiety, and to rigorously and objectively evaluate the intervention effect of ear Auricular Acupuncture on exam anxiety and the possible mechanism of easing exam anxiety.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1. 年龄：18-55岁； 2. 根据Sarason 考试焦虑量表(TAS)评定为重度考前焦虑症； 3. 同意参加临床研究，签署知情同意书，完成量表与问卷。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18 to 55 years; 2. The test anxiety scale (TAS) was assessed as severe test anxiety; 3. Agreed to participate in the clinical study, signed the informed consent, completed the scale and questionnaire.

排除标准：

1. 有甲状腺机能亢进、高血压、冠心病等躯体疾病的继发性焦虑； 2. 有心脏疾病、如瓣膜病、心肌炎、心律失常等器质性疾病病史； 3. 既往有精神病史、或现在接受精神科治疗者； 4. 现在服用影响心律药物者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Have hyperthyroidism, hypertension, coronary heart disease and other physical diseases of secondary anxiety. 2. Have heart disease, such as valvular disease, myocarditis, arrhythmia and other organic diseases; 3. Have a history of mental illness or are currently in psychiatric care. 4. People who are taking drugs that affect their heart rhythm.
